you eat off proper plates with real utensils and they provide hand wipes, serviettes, bibs (if you are eating crab) and toilet facilities. They do not serve any drinks but a different waitress from an adjacent outlet sells beer and soft drinks but no wine. We had chilli crab and seafood rice and it was very good quality and excellent value for money at S$50. Ming Kitchen has numerous outlets all over the island and if there is one local to you, give it a go. The staff are very helpful and will explain the menu to you, that is largely unpriced as all the live food is based on today's market price.
