A lovely mall, not crowded as yet, but surrounded by many legacy malls around.
The first thing that comes to my mind is that this mall will sooner than later need a USP to attract visitors.
The stores that were selling Christmas Decorations on the 3rd floor are now selling beautiful Chinese New Year Deco 👍.
This mall has Daiso as well as Mr. DIY. The mall has s lovely Grocer that goes by the name Eccelente by Hao Mart.
You can find a couple of stores selling affordable clothing and accessories.
The mall is host to Cafes and a coffee shop with drip coffee too.
The Grocer Eccelente has anything and everything including a range of korean snacks and spices.
Couple of hair salons with services priced competitively.
Multiple types of restaurants from one specialising in grilled fish to japanese bbq restaurants to ramen shops
Quite popular with people
Several gyms and other fitness places like Anytime Fitness and Evolve can be found here.
The mall has Quite a few centres for learning of music and other activities.

The mall is not bad, has most of what you need, but there just aren't any directories to find your way around, so if the shop you're looking for doesn't proactively maintain their Google Maps then you basically have to walk around all the floors to find your shop

Large spacey airey mall. Stopped by to visit Daiso and discovered Mr DIY, Chin Giap Soon and all the Christmas stores on level three. I spent quite some time looking around. Highly recommend Chin Giap Soon for all party and themed event requirements (I shopped for Halloween)

Was visiting the Optical Shop (Lucid Eyecare) in getting my new glasses done. Was a pleasantly spacious mall with Daiso in there. Got my glasses made, bought some work outfits at the ground floor and finally who can resist Daiso 😄

Visited the premises toilet or restroom . The male sign n female sign with a cross is quite
Distracting in the sense that the toilet is Cross out n not available for use. Would suggest to remove the cross and just paint the logo instead, for easy recognition or distinction for both male n female toilet.

The customer service counter suck, senior position sitting there play handphone. When junior or temp girl asked lift up his head said top up dun entile for free car park redemption. I was carrying snack bought from the mall yet dun even bother to ask whether got others receipt. No matter how you promo but you have this type of customer service offending your client will make you lost them. I will not arrange lunch there or meeting there anymore. You don't have anything special from others mall, don't need to put up with this type of people.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service counter. I actually work at 1 of the retail shop there and I manage to go shopping while I having my lunch time so I actually spent 400 over from other store but when I went to reedeem for luggage they told me that tenant working here cannot redeem. Is it fair that I work there and spend so much and I cannot redeem anything?? If that the case I would not buy anything there again

Wonderful stage show and on top of that we saw Diggersite at 2nd Level. My kiddos were so excited and enjoyed the rides to the fullest. Thumb up!

The shuttle bus service was super bad. We waited a good half an hour at OneKM.

First time to the One KM mall. Poor signage leads to many wrong turns to find the car park and a screaming security personnel to top off a negative first experience.

I was standing near the choc shop at level one. Yr cleaner uncle was cleaning the flr and ask me to excuse. I move aside fr him. After a few min. He come back n ask me move again. I thought he just clean it a few ago?
Another few min pass n this time he push the trolley to clean the dusbin. Ask me to more the 3rd time. So many place he must push to me. What is wrong with him. If u dun want ppl to stand there. Pls put a no standing sign or simple ask us to stop coming to 1km. There is always paya lebar square to go to. Which is just outside the mrt. Location wise is so much more convenience and cleaner dun chase ppl away.

OneKM is just walking distance from my home so its really convenient to dine there all the time! If only there is a cinema in this mall then I don't have to go elsewhere.

Thumbs up ! I like the well mixed combination of food & beverages and fashion outlet which is very up to date ! There is always something to see and buy ! The air con is very strong , a big contrast to hot weather outside , so I can spend my whole afternoon eat ,shop and coffee without burning my pocket too! There is ample parking spaces too!

A page that blocks people from feedbacking, despite use of proper language without any profanities/obscenities/vulgarities, all due to the page admins' COWARDICE and inability to reason. So this is how UOL Group Limited 华业集团 works - barring for no proper rationale just to avoid dealing with their MISTAKES. Nice one!
Now I have to reconsider my shopping choices despite One KM being just a stone's throw from where I reside.
