Small tight popeyes, the dining area is disjointed from the ordering area. Sometimes the staff are helpful to help open the adjorning glassdoor, other times u have to struggle. The food here are nice and delicious. The chicken is juicy and crunchy if you compared to other branches. Im rating here is for the food only. The service and environment um....... can't expect so much from a fast food chain. So better pack it home or back to office and have it peacefully. Cheers.
very unwelcoming experience by Matthew in charge from bugis branch. ordered 3pcs chicken and i requested to have a leg, breast and thigh. He told me extra $0.50 for choosing parts. where gt such thing. KFC chicaboo and jollybee dont do that. there was no sign of the 0.50cents charge shown anywhere a

ordered a chicken sandwich and the patty was soggy. the bun was hard for some reason. there was a severe lack of sauce. and the fries came cold. drink came with 80% ice.

Food was absolutly UnderCooked. Waiter took the plate even before we finished the food and put his hand into my drink. I rather travel further to eat Popeye's at a different location
