Great salad place, with quite a variety of ingredients to choose from. Somewhat expensive, as salads are wont to be, but at least you get 50c off if you bring your own container to takeaway! Store seems rather short-handed now, so queues during lunch hour can take very long, especially with the office crowd.

Service is so so bad. Went there today and had 2 meetings at your place at Novena. Then i decided to stay on and ordered Lean Muscle with an added on soup. Half way eating and i found a strand of hair on a piece of chicken, took it out and as i was flipping the rice over.. to my horror i found another strand of hair. Obviously i send it back to your guys.. and guess what ?
Waitress apologised but whats your recovery guys !! Your recovery is an apology and u gave me 2 pieces of biscuits ?? i hardly touched chicken and i was looking forward for a meal replacement.
But your recovery was extremely atrocious and if you guys dont wanna be in a fnb industry.. just leave the scene already. Extremely bad service, no smiles, no responses. Aint coming back for sure and.I would rather go to a 7-11 where they would even say thank you even i buy a bottled water.

Customised salad and good bowls. Great service. Huge variety of fresh ingredients, and quality sides. The regular size bowl is very fulfilling with generous portions. Highly recommended.

Not impressed with their service. Took pretty long to prepared our cappuccino and afrogato (>10mins). After I went up to one of their folk to enquire about our order, he replied "still preparing". My friend told me as soon as I turn, that guy said something to his colleague and laugh... Thereafter, he got the size of our cappuccino wrong.. Service standard "boo'ed..."

We have tried this place a couple of times and find the food generally good. However the serving size is inconsistent. Paid an extra dollar for the salmon protein for warm bowl and it's the smallest piece of fish. Perhaps the bowl was too big. Good quality ingredients and hope that if they are going to charge more for premium protein. It doesn't hurt to have a decent size Salmon. Saw the server actually count the no. Of pieces of chicken for another client. THE staff seems to have a bad time with unreasonable customers. It's self-service. So manage your expectations.

Service and attitude of cashier staff was terrible!
Refused to serve people who ordered salad but the warm bowls and ignored the salad queue pending payment! Wasted 15mins of my time having to re-queue with the warm bowl side.
No apology was given but was told indirectly to shut up and stop Questioning when asking why wasn’t alternating customers (Salads/Warm bowls) are waiting to pay!
Pumpkin portion is just one thin slice and considered as a portion? You can do better than that when you are priced higher than Daily Cut!

The food here is really fresh and good! I love their omega slim bowl but you can also DIY your salad bowl:) be sure to key your cedele member to get rewards. Also collect the stamps to get a free salad / coffee. Love the staff. Very friendly and lovely.
