The worst KFC ever . It was all right a couple of years ago . Because it was operating by adults. But now . A bunch of kids running around the house, they are busy with talking and joking around . In the end . Customers need to wait for more than half an hour . Ridiculous.KFC is far left behind by M

Airconditioning was not adequate and place felt warm. Service by staff at ordering counter was efficient but not friendly nor warm. The Japanese burger set meal was very average and not worth the $7.55

Slow Service and total communication break down... KFC should consider QC their staff training and upgrade the whole operation workflow. Very disappointed with the whole dining experiance.

Menu changes slightly. New manager very friendly and helpful. The service crew is more efficient with new manager. KFC Shaw Plaza

Do the staff even know the menu? One time I order a 2 piece meal(take away) after I reach home there was only 1... like how do you even mess this up??? Is a 2 piece meal and you gave me 1

Small restaurant that tends to run out of food before 10pm closing time. Staff are friendly, nice place to pack some munchies for movie theatre upstairs. Haha.

The only KFC I visited that had nothing else on the menu popcorn chicken and shrooms burger. Was told supplier did not deliver order. WTF KFC!!!!!

Bad service. No quality control. Just because its delivery does not mean you can cheat people. I paid for it. Give me my moneys worth.
