Many years ago Seoul Garden’s standard really decline very badly to the point that I told myself I will never eat Seoul Garden anymore.
Then a couple of weeks ago, with no other food options few, I decided to try Seoul Garden again. I was surprised that they have changed their concepts and their standards have improved tremendously.
Service was friendly. Quality and marination of the meat are juicy, and to the presentation of the food is nice. I was a little disappointed that the soup is non-refillable when I asked for it.
Price wise is slightly expensive as compared to the many Korean bbq buffet restaurants available elsewhere.

While the price point is very reasonable, the food is not as good as I expected. I would rather have smaller portion of quality food in exchange for the huge portions.
Service is very efficient and friendly. Place is clean and ambience is good.

The last time I had Seoul Garden was probably a decade ago. Seems like not all stores were designed and built the same way. This place seems to not have the exhaust that I believe the outlet in Marina Square has. The tables are pretty tightly seated with very little room to move out from for some.
However their marinated meats is still as tasty as I remembered it to be, or maybe even better! Some of the marinated meats labelled as "New" addition into the buffet spreads are yummy too. Overall, will always be a good go-to when you have a bottomless stomach and strong craving for bbq meat!

Low standard foods, terrible service quality!
It was annoying from the beginning til the end.
1. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to order because the online menu failed to submit due to "merchant not found" issue.
The waitress helped us to manually order and ended up with wrong meal set. When we ask for exchange, the waitress said that she didn't know whether can change for us and totally ignored us for another 10 minutes before another waitress came and helped us change to the correct meal set.
2. During our dinning, they completely ignored us even when we ordered more kimchi. I think this Korean restaurant had no kimchi left at that time (lunch time), even if no more kimchi, they should at least inform us instead of ignoring.
The funny thing is that they charged 10% for service fee and delivered such a terrible service.
3. The worst part was when I got the bill check, they charged more compared to the price we saw in the online menu application. The Lamb ribs show at $35 in the bill instead of $28. When I asked why, they said that I was wrong and the price was $35 even my online order stated $28.
After that, the manager came and edited the bill for us without saying sorry.
happy sad
Very rude service. We approach and ask for sit and suddenly cut us off and say wait ... But she's busy only with the papers .. the worst staff ever we encounter.... And she doesn't even stop and even look for the customer.. just continue with her paper works .. disgusting

Best choice of BBQ to have in Tampines Mall. The meat are fresh and good quality. The prawns and the salmon are also premium standard and making the dining experience wonderful. The set meals with wagyu beef are always the best cost friendly which comes with a variety of different dishes as well.

The food is absolutely amazing. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Food selection not bad, all you can eat buffet. You can top up +4 dollars for premium food choices like salmon, premium beef, and others. Food is awesome and you can choose between six choices of soup. Prefer tomato flavour soup. Only thing bad is that you have to cook it yourself and sometimes it might get over/under cooked.
