Poor customer service. Either late delivery of order and just expecting customers to wait aimlessly, expecting customer to know their rider and CALL THE RIDER personally to ask for their order. OR, give multiple wrong order even after telling them specifically what is missing from the order
ordered delivery… i ordered double hokkaido salmon upsize.. order came .. they forgot my fries…and instead of double salmon .. i got a single salmon . but i paid for double…. cant bother to call and wait any longer … but pls .. pack our orders correctly next time . thank you .
This particular outlet is well maintained , not super crowded , and brightly lit since it's at a corner ( best place to relax ).
Clean and comfy environment after the reno. It's brighter and making better use of space now.
