Kingyo Izakaya - Singapore - Photo album

Went during Lunch and Food was pretty good. The butter garlic clams were excellent while the fried fish (can't remember the name as noone actually told me) was nicely done. The shirako in miso soup was pretty goodness too. Liked the mini sushi bites as well. The squid was tasty but a tad sweet due t
Simple and no frills kind of Japanese place. Not really your typical izakaya given that menu is limited. But everything we ordered tasted really good. I love the fried garlic clams, the sauce was so good I can eat this simply with rice all the time. Beef with foie gras sauce and grilled chicken wing
delightful dinner I had there. the eel, beef, pitantofu, sashimi, sushi, and mushrooms soupy thing were great. every the ending cut fruits were a different level! Attentive staff, would return soon! do reserve before coming
Ordinary Izakaya food, affordable for being in Telok Ayer street where price are usually very high. Sashimi were fresh and so the grilled fish which strangely for a Japanese food, the fish had bones! Atmosphere like, well nothing to do with a Japanese izakaya. Will probably go back when in the area
Excellent fresh sashimi, sushi, cooked dishes and good sake range. Great service, chef also very friendly. Prices must-range, great value for the high quality.
I've been following Chefs Kng and Kam since their Marina Square and then Bukit Batok incarnations of Kingyo. Sashimi, sushi, cooked items are fresh, delicious, reasonably priced. Very glad that they are back.
Great food taste, excellent quality, good and friendly staff service. Chef Kng has many regular customers and they just keep coming back.
Newly opened Japanese restaurant around the corner. Offer variety of alcoholic drinks and food selection. Generally everything is fine. Food taste good, service is good, price is ok. Hopefully can see more menu n selections in future.
