the staff are inexperienced and not adequately skilled to prepare food. Look at what they gave to me. The bread is not properly pressed and all the ingredients and sauce are spilled out. Look so messy and killed my appetite totally.

Looking at passed reviews not surprised that my son was given the wrong sandwich. But they claim they asked him 3 times. Why would someone order egg mayo when clearly he doesn't eat? When he said, 'i think you misheard me, they take as ' oh it's your fault for ordering the wrong sandwich.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with my breakfast orders. Sub and cookies were great!

Bishan subway usually not crowded and staff service has always been good.
