Beancurd City - Singapore - Photo album

Owner does the food by himself. Fried dough stick (YouTiao) was hot, tasty and crispy. The lady who served us was very friendly and polite. Needless to say, signature soya beancurd and drinks were marvellous. They do offer grass jelly too, can try the Michael Jackson (mixed drink)!
Tastiest soya beancurd in the area. Special love for their homemade Youtiao (油条), also known as Chinese fried dough.
Way overrated. Just your usual neighborhood tow huay stall. A bit too sweet to my taste and really nothing special. The owner closes door to rest at days they feel they want to. Sometimes they rest at 4pm sometimes they don’t
Paid $1.60 for a bowl of bean curd (takeaway). This traditional bean curd was smoother compared to some sold in hawker centres. Very smooth and silky beancurd. The fried fritters are crispy on the outside and soft fluffy inside. They were fried perfectly. Absolutely tasty. Must try if around this area.

Awesomest Soya bean curd and fried dough sticks... Highly suggest the cold soya bean milk and dough stick on a hot day. The stall owner is a friendly lady that will suggest if you want it less sweet. The place may be old but oh my the food is good. They are closed on Sundays...
This shop doesn’t have a five-star look but the lady working there provides five-star service. I bought not just good beancurd but also a moment of simple happiness. And for that reason alone, I shall make my return.
