Wanted to hunt for late lunch and came across this Bee Hoon stall
Absolutely worth trying… crayfish beehoon $20 only… as ppl commented, got the wok Hei and freshness. Like the gravy too..

If I feel like eating white mee hoon, this place will be my “to go” place.
It is located in the Changi Village food center, managed by two young staff whom really know how to connect with customers.
I like their prawn white mee hoon as they are quite generous in terms of ingredients, & their white mee hoon really have the “wok” smell.
Do give it a try if you are there :)
My favourite place for Pek Beehoon, super reasonable price with very fresh ingridents and huge portion, really value for money.
Not sure about the negative reviews, but this is really good. Never had anything like this before. Gravy really really sweet. Bee hoon really really smooth it's quite amazing. Grayfish really fresh, rips off the shell with little effort. Crispy pork lard adds in the crunch. Some occasional bits of small shells in the soupy gravy but doesn't really matter. Portion so generous must share, otherwise one person will be overwhelmed. PayNow acceptable, but quite weird need to call the boss's mobile number first to make the payment.
Have been patronising Woon Woon for many years and I still love their beehoon. Crayfish and fish is always fresh (won’t nua nua when take out the meat). $23 for 2 person, very very affordable given the portion, this would easily cost $60 in restaurants. Highly recommend if you stay east side.
Best Bai mee fen. The sliced fish and lala were fresh with the pork lard. Delicious!!!
