Soon Huat Bak Kut Teh Onekm - Singapore - Photo album

The lady at the cashier was very polite and though its food court but you can top up your soup by bringing back your bowl. A little salty to my liking but does hit the spot on a good cold day.
Tasty and light herbal Bak Kut Teh, with pork liver included. I personally prefer the peppery version but this was okay for me. Together with rice and youtiao, total bill was $10.30. FavePay is accepted!
The herbal soup is really good; it’s not too rush and the flavors are just right. You get good amount of meat plus the pork liver in the soup is quite tender. The serving size is quite large, 1 person serving was enough for 2 of us to share.
Pig liver and mushroom was all lump together in the soup. Looks the chef did not bother to separate it.
Very average BKT. Herbal taste was very light and the soup was quite greasy as the meats were very fatty. Had to remove the meat and fats from the soup otherwise every mouthful would have the fatty bits. The seafood white beehoon was average too. Tasted like a normal stir fry beehon with sauce. W
Claypot bak kut teh is good with thick tasty soup with liver and chunky meat..
Overall nice herbal bkt with lots of ingredients. Would prefer if the soup has stronger herbal taste. Claypot chicken rice was so so. The flavour was there and generous portion but rice was too wet and clumpy.
The better Malaysian style bkt u can find in Singapore. Both soup and dry bah kut teh are good. Real comfort food, approx damage $8-12 per pax
