Cheap. Got our order mixed up twice and waited over 30 minutes for the food. Do NOT order the bibimbap. The ingredients were pathetic. Chicken is good though! Would return only for the chicken, hope they don't mess up the order the next time round

Read Nylon Magazine's review and came excitedly to try. First off, when we went into the restaurant, it was completely empty. No welcome greetings from the staff whatsoever. I smiled at them but still no smile back.
They just stood rooted to the ground, and I awkwardly sat myself down at the table.
After handing me the menu, the staff quickly shuffled back into her original position. Not knowing if I should place my order at the table or the cashier, I tried to get her attention but again, no response. Frustrated, i walked up to her to ask. I don't get it. Is she shy or what? The staff doesn't seem well-trained at all! Zero service to speak of.
Also, there was wrong information and impressions given about one-for-one offers. I ended up ordering items which I would not have ordered because of the wrong info given. The staff was unable to even apologize properly. Just "I'm sorry for just now" and I was like.. And then? I was not given any discount whatsoever to make up for their error because they were afraid that "Later Debbie scold you". What? I am super stunned. Please send your staff for training for them to be able to deal with different situations better.
When the food arrived, I was horrified to see the plating was amateur and slipshod. If the restaurant was very busy, I could have let it slide. But it was not. The japchae noodles look nothing like the photo on the menu. Misrepresentation.
Overall, super disappointing. I am HIGHLY displeased. I will not return and will not recommend to my friends.

Yummy level 2 Tabbokii!! I loved it & will come back for more~ Loving their Set meals which are affordable & yummy! Thanks OPPA Chicken for the Dining experience that i thoroughly enjoyed at your place!!Not to mention that the decor is really attractive and cosy for a casual dine out! Will recommend & be back~

Nice food at Ang Mo Kio Coffeeshop. Love the fried chicken wings and the marination sauce. The fat boy at the cashier very cute always smile at me for no reason but if you look stress he will go the extra mile to cheer you up when you order from him
The Handsome China man in the kitchen also very friendly always Wave at me when I visit the shop. I think he likes me because I always get 1 extra piece of chicken wing whenever I order food when he is around. He cuts vegetable very fast machiam master Chef Liddat...

Love the ambience especially it's not super crowded so we can laugh aloud without worrying causing much disturbance to others. Soy garlic chicken is really good, so is the onion rings which came out hot and sizzling. Wondering if the kimchi can be free flow. I really like it and goes very well with the chicken though. Will be good if the 1+1 promo can continue.

The food was so good we went back the next day and ate before going to the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the time we entered until we left. Have recommended this place to friends and will be back again in 2018.

Most ridiculous shop ever. Made an online ordering at 6:15 and received confirmation email telling me collection at 6:35.
Went to the shop to collect since it's just below my house, staff told me they did not receive any order. Showed them the email and the staff keep repeating to me that they did not receive the order.
So is that my fault that you did not receive the order? No apology given and was told to wait. After waiting for 5 good minutes, staff came back and asked me what i ordered.
WTF? So for the last 5 minutes what was he doing when he didn't even know my order and there is 0 other customer in the shop?
Showed him my email again and waited another 10 minutes for my order to be ready.
Was ready to make payment by credit card and staff told me he does not know how to operate the credit card machine! next sentence made me even more furious he asked if i knew how to operate it!
He proceeded to make phone call, probably to the boss as i can see no one else in the shop except for kitchen staff and he apparently is totally clueless about everything.
After a good 5 minutes i gave up and told him i will pay cash. Fortunately i brought cash along since i am just staying in the next block (usually i will not bring cash).
Will never ever order from this stop again. Worst experience in a restaurant!

Hands down the best Toppoki in Singapore! The toppoki sauce is sooooo good I can dip my crispy cuts and chicken in it. Can never get enough of it! yumyumz going back for it again next week!

Was so disappointed that I almost walked out without eating anything.
Was seated about 7:05pm... Waited until 7:57pm before the food was served.
Was asked to change my table twice during my wait for the food.
Was served the fried chicken meant for the next table, who arrived and ordered later than me.
Puzzled and told them that the order has been wrongly served. They proceeded to take the chicken to the next table. Nothing mentioned about my order.
Silence. Still nothing mentioned about my order until we asked them over to ask about it. Then they mentioned they forgot to key in the order (but hey, they served the tea that I ordered at the same time).
Wait. We had to ask again to know how much longer the wait was going to be. Can't they just tell us without being prompted?
No apology. "So sorry" in the most insincere manner was all we received when we highlighted that they have not even apologized for all the inconvenience that they put us through.
The order finally arrived. Ate. Nothing to wow about.

Place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Food wise... I Guess need to improve as its not as tasty as other Korean fried chicken. Friendly staff. Quite ok. Will give another chance in near future.
