Don - Singapore - Photo album

Had the salmon don and the black truffle fries with parmigiano. Salmon was cooked just nice. The rice is A LOT though and was slightly soggy made worse after mixing the egg. Only ate a third but was bursting already. Fries are great. Overall would recommend this place but wouldn't travel out of my w
Mentaiko Salmon don was perfect, tender salmon coupled with mentai. Tempura don was kinda meb, could be better with abit more vege tempura,
Ordered the wagyu beef and salmon mentaiko dons. Tasty and reasonable priced. Would pop by again if in the area.
Housed in a typical kopitiam, we were pleasantly surprised by the presentation of our food. The Mentaiko Salmon Don had a perfectly pink salmon fillet with the torched sauce generously on top. Iberico 'Sio Bak' Don was spot on hitting the local flavour--crispy but instead of the usual tough meat, it
We had the salmon mentaiko don and the garlic parmesan chicken don. Both were amazing!! It was cheap and really good!!(:
The meats here are all sous vided so everything is super tender - the fried chicken and siobak was so good and their huge kyodai don is extremely filling for 2. The coffeeshop is pretty quiet too!!
Nice pitch of a Donburi concept with Sous Vide cooking but was executed mediocrely. I had a salmon with mentaiko and the mentaiko with mayonnaise completely covered the flavours of the salmon. It's a waste of the Sous Vide effort. Taste was decent. You can consider trying the beef or the sio bah.
本当にマズイです。The food consisted of one salty unbalanced sauce piled on top of another. Portion was way too huge for such a jelak dish. The achar tasted very local and was the best part of the meal. Bring kimchi 😂
