This place has re-opened under new management. I've seen them redoing the interior and after opening thought I'd give them some business. This is quite possibly the worst food I've had in Singapore, I've just left and am now eating in another place across the road because I could barely eat any of what was presented to us. The bar itself is no better. They dont have half of what's on the menu, the interior is dated by about 40 years (don't know what they've been doing the last 2 month's?), music was playing from a laptop at the back. Staff were just sitting at the tables on their phones, the whole place is just a disaster from top to bottom.

Quality eats at a reasonably priced value for money. Prices are nett and service is class all-around with honest and a very personal sense of management. Been there on three separate occasions and they won’t be my last.

A quiet place for catch ups. Still carrys and English pub theme with better food selection (before when it was the Yard) and drinks.
