The food is really good! Service was good and responsive too! The wait was made bearable with all the amusing and interesting choice of deco. (haha) There was a particular smiley and friendly staff that responded sweetly when we asked if we could pack our remainders, and she packed the food very promptly. Left feeling satisfied! (^ ^)v
What could have turned out unpleasant was salvaged by prompt and eager service recovery. Our food orders took very long to be served and the staff realised on their own that the orders were not conveyed to the kitchen due to some system error. She came and informed us on her own and offered complimentary seaweed roll or fried mandoo and soft drinks while we waited. When making payment, she even gave us 10% off. It was very pleasant after all. The food was great as usual. The chicken was well drenched with sauce and the kimchi pancake was crunchy and delicious. Great lunch!
This restaurant is too underrated because the fried chicken and toppoki are damn gooooood. The complimentary daikon is one of my fav! You need to open a few more restaurants across sg. Well done!�
