Horrendous service time and an atrociously joke of a place.
Ordered a pizza at 7.30pm and it came over an hour later at 8.45pm. Same with the desserts, which came practically an hour after the pizza had arrived.
Staff were hardly anywhere to be seen and after waiting for service, had to walk up personally to ask for things multiple times.
It was already 9.40pm when we wanted to leave but the dessert finally came. All that wait just to spend $13 on a microwavable store bought lava cake that was repulsively presented.
Ice-cream was already melted when it came and looked almost as bad as the picture, though I had taken a bite already since I was starving from waiting so long.
The fries are the quickest thing if u plan to order, which even then took 20 minutes to be served.
Was mistakenly charged the wrong table initially as well, though it was later rectified from our final bill.
Don't waste your time or money, especially on a Friday night. It was only bearable as I was with great company.
Definitely don't bring a date if you plan on impressing the other party. The only thing impressive is how they're still in business at this point.

Poor experience from start to finish.
Ordered beer along with two glasses of iced water. Only one glass of iced water came. Asked again, and the server served a cup of ice. Finally got it on the third time round.
Appetizer was served cold for a fried dish.
Had to wait up to 40mins for the main to arrive although it was a weekday night with seemingly little crowd. The ribs were tough and beef cheek tasted very gamey.
What packed the place instead was the overwhelming number of ants that keep crawling up the outdoor seating instead, and we had to finish our meals asap to escape the place. Toilet housed dead cockroach as well.. not sure whether this place has hygiene QC.
Service was mediocre, food was poor, place to go only if you're looking for drinks (priced on the higher side as well).

i usually come here with friends and the service was always excellent especially when it came to Deep and April, super attentive and always checking in on how we're doing.
however, on my recent visit, there was i suppose a new server named Pasu and he was quite rude to my friends and i. we asked for water twice and it didn't arrive, and when my friend wanted to order he literally asked him to scan the QR code to order (which i totally get if it's busy but it wasn't, and u can't even pay through the app either). he was also very adament on clearing our table; stood there and waited for us to pour out our remaining drinks when he clearly didn't even have hands to carry it as his hands were already full.
he was neither efficient nor friendly which kind of ruined the entire experience and the reputation of the place as service used to be exceptional before.

Visited this place with a group of friends looking to get a drink. Hoegaarden tower was priced at $65++. When the tower came, the beer was slightly warm and tasted extremely flat and diluted. When we requested for a change, the staff said that the beer came direct from the keg and offered to change the tower for us. Although they changed the beer, the beer did not taste much better. I don't think I will come back unless I am absolutely desperate for a drink.

1x Chicken & Bacon Pizza. - Salty; Not fully cooked; You can see all the flour flying around while holding the slice(s); tldr: the whole dish is like eating RAW FLOUR.
1x Truffle Fries. - NO TRUFFLE.
DO CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE PAYMENT.
Those foods not available were added to the receipt.

I'd recommend tl order the beef cheek, pork knuckle, deep fried mushroom fritters and scallops & prawn spaghetti.
Price is slight higher but business is super good so I think most of the people think it is reasonable.

I spent my time there for team bonding event. I enjoyed my smoked salmon eggs benedict and smoked salmon pizza. The waiter provided excellent service to our group. The ambience was welcoming and I would highly recommend coming here for good food and drinks.

Was craving for beer and pork knuckles and came here for dinner with my friend.
What's great was they served Paulaner on Draught! I had the Weiss bier, and it's good.
We also ordered these:
- Baked potato skins with bacon and cheese: perfect appetizer to go with beer.
- Goulasch suppe. Spicy rich beef stew soup, with peppers, potato and carrots. Mildly spicy, which whets the appetite.
- Pork knuckle, nicely sliced for easy consumption. How thoughtful, especially when we came in a group and its for sharing. Loved the crackling skin. Also liked the sauerkraut on the side.
- Guinness beef cheek. Totally on my must-order the next time I am here. The beef is gently braised in Guinness stout and was so tender and flavorful. Served with mashed potatoes and salad.
They have an alfresco area where you can dine under the stars. Try it!

Service was slow, service staff #11 Jeet, informed us he was sorry and that it was busy. Prior to that, we ordered a bottle of wine when food (pasta and fries) were served. 20-30 mins passed by, we ordered from another female service staff, both staff mentioned that “I check” and left in a scurry. Later, we asked Jeet again, and he said “do you want to cancel? we are very busy. you have to wait another 5-10minutes”. Does this mean for him to check, or to bring the bottle with three fresh wine glasses? Is this the way your service staff wants to chase customers away? We went in to order and collect the wine ourselves, since we asked “in this case is it faster if we take it from the bar ourselves?” Jeet said “yes, you can go ahead”. Wow! Can you waive off the service charge?????? So maybe your service staff is focused on bringing customers in, and serving beer as we as taking beer orders. A bottle of wine takes less then 10 minutes to serve, compared to tapping fresh draught beer from the tap. Please advise as I would like to understand that is it TRUE that IT TAKES your service staff more than 30 MINUTES to serve a bottle of wine?? And that it is right to tell customers “WE ARE VERY BUSY, YOU WANT TO CANCEL? WE can cancel now”. Please, do you mean oh sorry I forgot to let your order, just forget about the wine so I can continue serving beer instead???? :D please provide an explanation as I’m really REALLY CURIOUS! Thanks!

Pork knuckles, meat balls - just like at home in Germany. If you want to improve even more, there could be a broader selection of German beers but that’s just a very personal side note. Overall: very good food, drinks and atmosphere. Perfect for watching a football match also!!

Mom brought us here. Had one my best dinner : Lamb shank and pork knuckle. Yummy beyond words. The owner (mom 's friend ) was super friendly. Hmm, when can I go again?
