Enjoyed the fuzhou fishball wanton mee ($5 for medium) - the meat-stuffed fishball, wantons, char siew and the texture of the noodles.
Ordered $5 portion but still small. Took so long to prepare though I’m the only one queuing there. No soup no spoon. Only chopsticks. Only the noodles are springy. The prawn pork dumplings are ok. Around four of them for $5
They use egg noodle very yummy and nice like those in Restaurant. However the portion is too small for $4. Also they do not come with soup. No Q during lunch time on a Tuesday afternoon.
Not the usual wanton wanton noodle you find elsewhere. Instead of the yellow egg noodle, I opted for the spinach noodle which was green in colour. Taste was rather bland, probably due to noodle wasnt properly drained as a result the sauce was diluted. The wantons on the other hand were tasty.
This stall serves what I believe is the best food in the entire hawker center. They do have a mind-boggling selection of dishes to choose from so if you're unsure, just choose "No. 1". We ordered 水饺面. The noodles taste was not good. Only the dumplings saved the day. Won't recommend it and not going to eat from this stall or try other items from this stall as well. ☹
