Simple menu and order is by the QR code menu. Add $3 to make it a set comprising of chawanmushi & miso soup. The food is delicious and the rice infused with sauces makes it savoury. It could be eaten on its own. The ingredients are fresh and generous. Will definitely go again.

Tempura was really good. Got the spicy sauce. Not too spicy and it helps to cut through the grease. Very crispy and fresh tempura. Udon is nothing much to rave about. My friend likes the chirashi-don here as well

Tried the bara chirashi and original wagyu don, food tasted good but portion is a little small for the price (approx 17-23sgd per don), you can also add 3sgd for the miso soup and chawanmushi! Comfortable ambience and clean. Will be back again if I’m around the area!

Went on a Sun night and was surprised to find that we were the only customers there (nearby restaurants were bustling). We got the chirashi don set meal ($17.90 + $3) which came with miso soup and chawanmushi. Portions were pretty big and the fish was good, although the rice was a bit mushy. Chawanmushi was great. I felt the Bugis outlet was better.

Place was quiet on a Friday evening. Tempura was not bad. Golden cutlery is pretty. Painting on wall are zen.

One of the best tendon i had, very huge and generous portions. The tendon has 2 prawns, 2 long bean, 1 lotus root, 1 mushroom, 1 seaweed, 1 huge and juicy chicken breast and 2 sweet potato. The batter was light but substantial, gives a nice crunch. Just opt for the rice, the noodles are not as good. You can ask for extra sauce if you want. Would not recommend this restaurant for the sashimi bowls or other things on the menu, just come here only if you want to eat tendon.
