Went for Father’s Day lunch. A little hiccup with the booking but glad that everything is sorted out. Ordered the set lunch for 8. Food is good and portion is right for our family size of 6 adults & 2 kids. I would say it could be insufficient if we are group of 8 adults. Service could be better but I don’t blame them as everywhere is facing staff shortage nowadays. Overall an enjoyable meal.
Had a very pleasant dining experience. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food were all good too, especially the lychee pork and fried yam. Would most likely to return for a meal again.
Excellent food. Awesome service. Comfortable seats and homely feeling. The manager Zoe Guo is very attentive and friendly to all customers. GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS GATHERING.
Very good experience here with the friendly and lovely staff who take good care of you. Service crew, Zoey, was awesome and recommends good dishes to go with and attends to your every need. More like a friend than a service crew. Food is great as always. Will definitely be back to look for Zoey again. See you soon! 🙂
A flavour of PUTIEN at tampines. It serves authentic putien food and i really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend to order their 扁肉汤. Staff is also friendly and polite. Would suggest allowing us to sit down to view the menu instead of ordering at the counter. Another suggestion to the menu would be to have 煎包, which goes great with 扁肉汤 👍🏻
Wonder dining experience over the weekend! Service is great and superb! Really like their service attitude and bringing out good food to us as promised!
Would like to special thank Zoey Guo for always being this kind and friendly in serving us🙏🏻 Highly recommended!
Been here for a couple of times and Putien remains one of my favorites.
Still love their ‘100-Second’ Stewed Yellow Croaker, so tender and fresh. I like to pour the soup over my steam rice and eat together.
Tried this time round Steamed Doutou Clams with Minced Galic - it is fantastic but I would still prefer the version where the clams are baked in Fujian Old Wine. That’s the classic. Very authentic in Fuzhou.
To our surprise, their venture into Sichuan food is not bad. The Stir-fried Braised Pork Intestine with Chili is flavorful and not too spicy. The pork intestine has this sweet note, a good compliment with the spiciness of the entire dish.
For our dessert - Lotus Seed with White Fungus Soup, I thought Putien is quite considerate because they removed the seed in the red dates!! Very thoughtful of the chef.
Putien is where I come for my comfort food. Shall be back again.
