Have been coming here for years. The regulars know that this place sells quality home made Yong Tau Foo in a non pretentious shop house. Over the years they have expanded their menu to include raw fish, yam nut and many fresh seafood items, mostly steamed so that you can taste the freshness.
Would say the fish paste is too starchy for me. Overall still nice yong tau foo and good steamed seafood. Although price is on the high side, but you do get fresh food.
My dad chanced upon a write up at this place and off we went to give it a try. YTF is my family's favourite and would consider a comfort food. We ordered: 1. 1 medium YTF (15 pieces) 1 extra small YTF (10 pieces) 2. 1 bowl of Mee Tai Mak 3. Iced salad 4. Abacus (small) 5. Steam threadfin belly -
Old school Hakka Yong Tao Fu. The YTF is steamed and taste comes from the dip. Love their steam fish. Their service has also improved as now they will come to the table to take order.

Nice and healthy Yong tau fu. Dishes here are mostly steamed or blanched and are not oily. The mee tai mak is also very flavourful.
Really authentic handmade Yong Tau fu. Definitely not your usual YTF so if u want bouncy fish ball and you want to select your ingredients with a wide variety of choices, this place is not for u. However, if you want something homely, you want comfort food, this is the place to go to. The fish past
It's alright. Yam abacus is interesting. The clam was very fresh. But the Yong tofu was so so. I'm not a big fan of ytf anyway.
