My girls love this yogurt store. We will cycle here to let them have their dessert over the weekends. Perhaps the store owner got to look into service as it is really poor, giving black face and not clearing up the table. We got to ask her to clean the table for us.

Their yoghurt flavour is awesome!!! Don't even need toppings and you'd be getting your worth of deliciousness and healthiness :D They give generous amounts for the price.

Food is all good, however customer service is horrible!! Each time I go there staff is rude, especially one girl with glasses and light brown shoulder length hair. Each time I go there she is never welcoming she is always in a bad mood and is very rude. I've seen other complaints. Today she rolled her eyes and gave very less toppings as compared to normal. Last time I went there was a very sweet girl she was nice they all should be like her! Maybe I caught the other employee having a bad day, but it seems like a coincidence that I've caught her having a bad day each time.

Great yoghurt and acai at very reasonable price but customer service is terrible. Have never seen such rude staff. I was there on a friday evening and the girl with the glasses and shoulder length light brown hair seemed extremely reluctant to take my order. She got my order wrong and was still rude about it. Have encountered her a few times and she’s just as reluctant to serve each time.

Quiet and cosy place for yoghurt. Generous with their toppings and I like it that the yoghurt isn’t too creamy.

we decided to get our FROZEN yogurt fix after kayak. we were served by a rude girl with curly hair and dramatic eyeliner. we asked about the promo ‘buy 1 2nd 50% off’ for the açai bowl is still available. instead of answering, she said ‘our açai is frozen, we need to scoop’. we were so confused bc is açai liquid? isn’t it frozen? we thought she was just informing us what is açai so we told her that we would like 2 bowls of it. she then appeared to be feeling irritated and fed up and replied rudely “we don’t have açai, our açai is frozen and needs to be scoop” by then we were extremely confused and boggled by her attitude and response. yogurt was great but customer service was a boo hoo 👎🏽 come on man! make some sense when you respond to customers, açai is frozen? duh? liquid meh?

I was at the outlet at kallang leisure park. I was told that the machine for the original flavor is down and am offered Thai milk tea and Sjora flavor. I asked to try the Sjora flavor but was turned down. Utterly disgusted at staffs at Yoguru

Rubbish service. I don’t get why you don’t offer sampling. Wanted to try the berry flavor n the staff looked at me like I just made a ridiculous request. Had to call for service too, yr staff didn’t even see me when I stood at yr counter with my whole family. Day dreaming away

As a family, we control the amount of ice cream we eat – though we love ice cream but more often than not, ice creams are too heavy in calories and sugar. We love yogurt – lighter and more importantly, with probiotics – friendly bacteria. Though we tried all kinds of brands around the city, we still like Yoguru the most. Yoguru has the balanced texture, not so sweet and not so creamy like an ice cream. Speaking about services, Yoguru is the place where we can sit down as a family, enjoy the yogurt slowly and have a good chat & laugh together. Others are either with no seats or messy like a supermarket (self services…).

Just a suggestion to ensure service staff hired are friendly as I just got served by one of the most reluctant and unhappy staff at Yoguru-KLP. She might be having a bad day, but I wasn’t expecting anything more than just a simple hello and thank you - felt as though she was more interested to get back to her phone texting. Just hope the rest of the customers for the day don’t feel the same!

I like that the yoghurt have different flavours, maybe you guys can include new toppings once every 2-3 months and maybe add some of those to the permanent toppings!:)
