A small restaurant, slightly dated feel but you can argue the other way and say that there is some old world charm here. Delivers mainly angmoh food with a tapas menu, and for October they have an Oktoberfest promotion. During covid times there are a number of takeaway promotions. This is the flagship angmoh restaurant inside of RTC, not as posh as Churchill room at tanglin but also easier on the wallet

Visited this place on a weekday during lunch. Was the only patrons at noon, so for a table for two, we were waited on by three staff members. Despite the high staff to customer ratios, refilling of water requires a degree of effort, which marred the dining experience. Food wise was decent, the trio of pork being a good value, but probably would not be sufficient for two big eaters. The serving of the course were well timed, and clearing of the dishes prompt. Overall, quite comfortable a place to dine, but could be perfect if staff could be more proactive in topping up of the water.

Had a birthday dinner with wifey & son, both falls in April, 2 days apart. Small restaurant with private dining feel. Kudos to the crew who were attentive & prompt with their services.

Rani, a staff manning the Sports & Recreation Club counter has got to be one of the most unprofessional staff I've ever come across. While it takes two hands to clap and I certainly acknowledge that I could have done better in my management of timelines when it came to the course fees, her baseless accusations and threats against me however are infuriating.
Indeed, I will never again degrade myself by partaking in her immature arguments. She is one of the reasons why this Club will never progress further - the uncouth and unprofessional behaviour that this individual displays reflects upon the Club and its management.
Aside, the facilities in the Club are in severe disrepair - for example, chairs and walls are extremely dirty and stained; there are also tables in the activity rooms that have been taped many times over to seal up damaged and broken parts; Case in point, three years back, one of those damaged tables collapsed on my child as he was undergoing a class; Not only did this said individual Rani not administer first aid at the earliest instance, she simply walked away, muttering that she would look for someone else to help - without a word of apology at that. Shocking to say the least, but I guess you can't expect anything more from an uncouth individual like her.

Previously I had been in the club for a party at the bowling alley and was very impressed with the quality of food at there. That was 2013 but recently I was there at 2016 Nov, the quality of food has dropped. The receptionist cannot even speak proper English, I had to change the language mode so she could understand me. Also at a company function, my things were taken even before the organisers , my friends had left. I have written in and is waiting for a reply on how things can disappear in the premise. I think the place is badly run and are possibly some staff are being dishonest. I will never consider having an event there if the management has not been improved.
Update: The CS manager has called up and did a prompt follow up. Thank you. It shows that writing in to the management gets things done. I have upgraded three stars for service and prompt action. The good ambience deserved another one star but the food presentation and quality needs to improved.

Great place for functions.Though the akcholic beverages are mild,the food served was great,staff were helpful and responsive.The only downside would be signages whereby they are not a person's view to see clearly.

The ballroom was spacious and excellent. We were given a comfortable room where we got ourselves dressed up for the event. There were full-length mirrors, sofas and bottles of mineral water in the room. All of us had a good time to relax after our make-up. The staff of Raffles Town Club were warm and friendly. The toilet facilities were clean too and there is no need for us to wait because there were more than ample cubicles.

No proper signage to indicate the direction to an event. Reception staff not helpful - unfriendly and seem not interested when request for more information. Food served was below satisfactory, the meat dishes are are stiff and dry and the cracker very salty. Service level relatively slow in topping up of beverage. Overall rating fair - attend the event is there is no choice.

The Town Club, even from the outside is very classic. The ambience of the place is more than beautiful. From the entrance door to it's stairways to it's rooms to it's sitting areas are sensational

Place is nice but the Senior Guest Service Officer (as of 24 Dec 2016) is very, very rude. And being at the front of the place, it reflects so much. Ruining the image and name of RTC.
Saw many feedbacks on rude staffs. Guess if RTC wants to uphold an image, the least they could do is QC their people.
Very disappointed and VERY angry about that encounter. That's not the way to treat a member, and even worse if a guest receives the same attitude from the front staff.
Sigh.

I had written to the Club on 14 & 18 Sep 2015 on the termination of my membership and I don't even get an acknowledgement. On 22 Sep 2015, I raised 2 issues with the Club and I am still waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service!
