Visited their Suntec City outlet this morning. Hardly anyone in the café (just a couple of tables occupied) and there was no one at the counter. Ordered the Breakfast Platter and it was a real disappointment. The meat patty and two strips of ham were served straight from the fridge. They were cold. The fluffy scrambled eggs was ok while the coffee was good. But the overall dining experience was a huge let down.

However, they do not allow using of laptops/tablets. Was approached by their staff and they instructed me to close my tablet.
I cannot understand why it is not allowed. Saw a similar review as well.
