Its disrespectful to the food and to the customer. I had so many bad experience with this outlet. The feedback form is basically futile and useless. No one ever gets back for your feedbacks. A family loved fast food restaurant and advertised 'happy place' is not what it projects to be.

With now everything is automated, I ordered my order through mobile order via the apps while walking to the MacDonald. When I reached there in about 10 minutes, my order is ready for collection. On time and easy! I like how convenient it is, especially using an iPhone to pay with Apple Pay. You won’t need to enter your credit card details since you had them on Apple Pay. And totally contactless transaction, I ordered, collected and enjoyed my meal with ice cream. Good introduction to the technology, mcd!

Rude staff, scolded pundeh to my friend and I when waiting at the front counter for a good 8 minutes as the self order kiosk could not detect EZ-Link card. Rude behaviour and attitude.

Place was clean and not so crowded (mainly bec it was a Monday morning). On a weekend, expect lots of ppl regardless of time.
The staffs and crews are nice. The service area where they have the condiments are no longer there so you'll have to ask the collection area for any that you need.
I am not sure if they are still offering unlimited coffee since theybhave removed the thermose from the service area.

Ordered a latte and cake from the McCafe and was served by Nicholas. His service was excellent. We are very impressed by his friendly attitude. Definitely made it a good experience.

Came in at around 2pm, 12 May and was eating with 4 other friends. There was this really rude short and old auntie who suddenly barged into our meaningful conversation and complained that our table was messy. The table wasn’t messy, it was just cramped because the tables there were small, and our scraps were on the trays and not the table. The auntie was incredibly rude and stared at us throughout, she didn’t even bother to apologise. Worst customer service i’ve ever received. I hope that the auntie will be fired soon or hopefully change her attitude towards normal teenagers.

Waiting time is quite long. But the main issue is the food isnt prepared very well. Fries not crispy or soggy. I think its "chewy" n cold whc is weird. Mc chicken looks sad and cold even when i Eat-in.. McDonald's DTE shld take some pointers from McDonald's Bukit merah Central on how to prepare their meals

Dear McDonald's, we had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's downtown east. The staff overlooked our order and we waited 30min before they started preparing our order (order number 139). And when the food came, happy meal toys was missed out, golden prosperity burger came without the golden hash brown and what's worst is cup corn actually came with a piece of plastic! Ice lemon tea tasted off standard too .
The staff was slow with service recovery even after we have highlighted that our queue number was missed out.
Pls relook into the service at downtown east.

The assistance manager is so inexperienced. FYI, i have worked at mac for two yrs before so i am so trained on cashier as well as fries station and etc as a crew leader. The fries was so under packed and of course i went back to the counter and asked about it. I spread the fries on the tray and asked the assistance manager is that the quantity of a medium fries? She replied me saying that even if i pack another pack and spread it out, it will be like this too. She straight away went to the fries station and pack a medium fries right in front of my eyes. All she did was chucking the fries into the package and then bring to the counter and spread it on another tray and show it to me. I watched her chuck the fries and well, she failed to chuck the fries. When we chuck the fries, it means over pack... Even when she chucks the fries, the fries is still underpacked. Some manager she is. This isnt the first time i had such experience with mac. Disappointment is all i can say.

Love the new decor! Very cheery and modern, love the surfboards at the single tables. Food, customer service is usual and pleasant. No surprises, no disappointments. Always a favourite fast food staple. 🌟👍🏻☺

Orders were taken wrongly, and despite ordering only ice cream, I had to wait for my q number (3rd in q). Even my son can tell me, Mummy, the Mac lady has your order keyed in wrongly... when the Mac staff has asked me twice for my orders. :(

they prepared so many drinks, but lost count of what they had prepared & they have to reopen the lids to confirm the drinks for the customers.

I ordered mcdelivery from pasir ris.. after placing the order the customer service mention it will deliver about 1hr and 10mins which i agreed.. after 1hr and 10mins the food didn't come and i called the customer service back and they said they will get the outlet manager to me back and guess what they didn't call me back.. after 1hr 30mins they still didn't call me back and the food still didn't come.. I have been trying to call the customer service back again but it still busy.. the food came after 2 hours and nobody even call me back.. asking the driver why took so long and the driver said don't know and u can call the outlet.. After trying to call the outlet many times but nobody pick.. what a "good" service they have gave from the downtown east.. Will never buy at downtown east or call delivery at pasir ris anymore..

We are here on holiday my brother in law went in to buy food for his daughter. After he paid put his money in his pocket, he then felt someone bump into him while waiting for food. Went to buy food in the store next door realised his money was gone. I have just gone in to report they have pick pockets working in their store asked to see security video told not able to for security reasons! Told can report to police after repeatly asking they agreed to look at cctv and told us to come back tomorrow so my brother in law can give description. Macdonalds you should be looking after your customers and be more concerned if you have thieves operating in your store!

I was there this morning, ordered the big breakfast with a hot latte, but the machine was down. So I was a bit sad, but the very loving Aunty at the counter offered to get me a latte from another store nearby. This despite the place being crowded, and she was real real busy. I told her "no need Lah, Aunty neh mine neh mine"... But she said like a loving mother "look if you really want it, I'll do it for you ". With a big big smile, she did.
Absolutely magnificent service. I forgot to take her name, but I must say... You guys are awesome. It may be a small gesture, but it made my day.
