Its disrespectful to the food and to the customer. I had so many bad experience with this outlet. The feedback form is basically futile and useless. No one ever gets back for your feedbacks. A family loved fast food restaurant and advertised 'happy place'
With now everything is automated, I ordered my order through mobile order via the apps while walking to the MacDonald. When I reached there in about 10 minutes, my order is ready for collection. Rude staff, scolded pundeh to my friend and I when waiting at the front counter for a good 8 minutes as the self order kiosk could not detect EZ-Link card. Rude behaviour and attitude.
Place was clean and not so crowded (mainly bec it was a Monday morning). On a weekend, expect lots of ppl regardless of time.
The staffs and crews are nice. The service area where they have the condiments are no longer there so you'll have to ask the collection area for any that you need.
