Ramen made from the heart. Look at the logo and it's a 心. The tonkatsu ramen broth has nice balance of collagen and still not too thick. The charsiew is lean compared to a lot of ramen places which I like. The chef is very conscious of any artificial ingredients used in its ramen even if it make the dish taste nicer. That means no MSG. In addition, he reduce the usage of kansui (sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate) even though it reduces the firmness of the noodle. Chef says he prefers his patron eat healthily. Seldom do you see a ramen stall will invest its own expensive noodle making machine in a food court. Over here, noodles are made fresh. Overall, a good bowl of ramen for the price of $12 nett with no requirements to pay additional for your onsen egg.

My fave ramen shop. Noodles are the right texture, broth has no msg and full of collagen. Owners are so friendly. Worth the time coming here.
