The auntie that served me (maybe the lady boss?) was really nice. I didn't know it is cash payment only and she allowed me to order first and come back later to collect. She even told me how to store and how long to keep the muffins etc without me asking. Tried the double chocolate muffin and it's really good! Top layer is crispy, inside is moist and not very sweet. Recommended!

Highly recommend the double choc chip muffin. The best out there. The top of the muffin has the crisp of a decadent chocolate cookie, that itself sets it apart from every other generic chocolate muffin. Call to order and you won’t be disappointed. Chicken pie is another family favourite, altho would not say it’s the best I’ve ever had.

Visited Oven Marvel on a weekday at 12.30pm. Contrary to previous reviews about how they sell out quickly, I was surprised that I could get one chicken pie ($4). It came hot, and the pastry was flaky. The inside was creamy with chicken and mixed vegetables. It reminded me very much of a Polar chicken pie. I'm not sure I will want to pay $4 for this chicken pie though, as I did not find anything outstanding about it.

Fresh and hot from the oven..
this chicken pies really taste heavenly! At $4 each is alittle pricy though but good to give it a try! Will be back to try their curry puffs and muffins.

As what people have said, chicken pie and double chocolate muffin.
The chicken pie was so creamy and delicious. There were chunks of tender chicken pieces on the inside which made the $4.30 really worth it, albeit a little expensive. Pastry was flaky and warm (was the very first customer of the day) and it was super buttery which I love!
The double chocolate muffin had a very crispy top, which is what I presume everyone love including me. It was covered with a generous amount of gooey melted chocolate chips on the top and inside. The chocolate was not the super cheap kind, but it’s not really the expensive kind either. It is a good old school kind of chocolate taste, if you ask me. And when you bite into the muffin, you’ll find that the inside is pretty moist and it is not overly sweet which is why older adults may appreciate.
Overall, 1 star is deducted mainly for the price and the late opening of the shop but overall a place that I would definitely return for a snack, esp the chicken pie.

Love their chicken pies!
I'm generally not a fan of muffins since they are usually just too much flour and nothing much else, but the muffins are also better than most places since they are generous with the ingredients.
Sells out daily.

They were open today on Monday (despite being supposedly close on Google Maps) but I’m happy because I got my chicken pie!! 🤩
Tried calling before I walked over but the number was unavailable. Decided to try my luck anyway. I guess their opening times are really random but I’m not complaining because their chicken pies are the best.

The shop people are almost always rude. I suppose because people still queue for the pies and whatever is sold, it encourages the shop owners and staff to be rude with impunity. We pay good money for food and service in Singapore and I do not see why I should pay to get rude service. I cannot believe one cannot get good chicken pies elsewhere in Singapore. At $4.30 per pie, this chicken pie is not exactly cheap. I have seen so many people look embarrassed after being told off by the shop people and leave sheepishly; and that is painful.
