Chanced upon this place after eating and walking around the area. The decor and environment of this place is rather run down and similar to earlier reviews, the aircon is weak and the place is rather stuffy. Good services, nice waffle and ice cream. It's close to a lot of good eatery/restaurants. Can go after your main meal and have a dessert over there.

The ice cream was not smooth and thick but was in fact grainy and icey and was not to my liking. The waffles were soft and not crispy. The server was unwilling and unfriendly.
