Han's Bak Kut Teh - Singapore - Photo album

very good bkt stall. saw people queuing, joined the queue and was rewarded. yummy soup, tender bones. braised pork trotter is fatty, juicy but not greasy. much meat on the bones too. worth the price and risk for me to take the fat pork leg. worthy of the queue and price.
Went to East Coast Park for a morning walk and then popped into the East Coast Lagoon Food Centre to have lunch. I tried this stall for the first time. I must say the pork ribs were really good. The pork fell off the ribs so easily and that's how we gauge the quality of the pork and the cooking. T
To be fair/ precise - this rating is ONLY for the pig trotter - and it's underwhelming because I've been so looking forward to this. The whole table worth of goodnees only set us back for $14.60 The pork knuckle is fork tender, full of collagen goodness but not falling apart. However i personally feel that they could do more garlic and spices in the dark lor bak sauce. The bah kut teh soup that comes with the set is just so good
Nice big portions. Soup refill can. EPay can. Would go again. Good value also. 👍
Meat tender, soup not bad. Vegetables nice. Auntie gave soup refill.
Nice lady hawker. Tasty braised tau pok, tau kua & hardboiled egg. Pork rib bak kut teh not bad, a repeat. Value for money, reasonable.
Clear pepper soup, tender meat, big portion. The egg was a little hard, but overall taste good.
