Very tasty soup and fresh ingredients. Service is wonderful. We were hosted by a Japanese lady staff, she is friendly and warm, makes us feel welcome. Will definitely be back to try other soups.
Is a chain but quality is consistent. One of the few places i am willing to queue for food. Love the rich collagen soup and fresh ingredients!!! Prefer the no fuss ramen over the hot pot though. Personal preference but both versions are equally enjoyable.
Third time eating at Tsukada Nojo, and first time visiting this branch. Compared to the Westgate branch, this branch is smaller and ventilation is not as good. The back of the restaurant is quite warm. Staff also seems lesser but service still not as bad. Food wise no disappointment, and tried the
Thick collagen broth with sweet aftertaste! Expect more chicken taste than beauty in the pot (which is shark based hence tastes more elegant). This was just right for 2 people Fish cake mentaiko $5 Beef $15 Chicken meatballs $7 Black fungus $5 Lettuce $4 Thick mochi mochi Noodle $4 Deep fried tofu
Ordered the mentaiko pot set and it was good. The food was fresh - especially the prawns and the vegetables. (the organic cabbage was really good) The collagen soup wasn't overwhelming and I didn't end up too thirsty like other hotpot restaurants. But this isn't really hotpot - kinda like nabe. A
Food were good. When the prawn stick is not properly skewed, the string of black waste and the smell is will be through out the prawn. Need to look into that, the rest of vege and chestnut pork are very good. Also they forgot the flavor in the hot pot, personal favourite is spinach.
Arrived at about 730pm on a Friday and managed to beat the queue. Was ushered to a comfortable table, though only able to sit on one side due to Covid measures. Ordered 2 set meals with original flavour and added on noodles and beef. Soup stock was extremely flavourful, and the beef had nice marbli
