If I’d read Emily John’s review, I would’ve known not to come.
The sheer attitude towards customers is so terrible that you feel less like a customer and more like a prisoner. Shouted at to do check-in and show vaccination status. Trying to get cutlery is impossible because no one will listen to you even after you’ve paid for the food. Ordered a croissant but they didn’t register the order so I had to go back in line.
Even after we requested for a plain croissant to be heated up, it still came to our table stale. Sad lyfe. >:(
Especially to the auntie who shouted at us, if you can’t give hospitality, don’t work in hospitality industry. If you’re not doing your job properly what are you being paid for??? Spreading negative vibe to people? Smh

We had terrible experience with the service staff. We arrived restaurant at 8:10 to 8:15 am this morning, service staff is still preparing to open. We asked if we could sit down and wait, but was rejected by her rudely .
After we asked what time is the opening hour, she was annoyed and was so rude when she took our order and the way she asked us to show vaccination. Her raised voice and rude attitude really spoilt the morning.
Price is high for the kind of food quality and service is terrible. We will rate Zero star if we have the option too.

The service down to the food was extremely disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly. I never realised hospitality could be so inhospitable. I want to slam my head against the desk after that. There was an old lady who worked there that shouted at us when we hadn’t checked in and showed our proof of vaccination and instead sat down. My issue is not that she was wrong in telling us to check in and show our vaccination but instead in how she said it. She verbally shouted and pinpointed at us and towards another group of other customers. What I am saying is that it is more than possible to just have told us to show it to her had she made us aware of our mistake calmly. All we are asking is some human decency.
If you ever want to die out of embarrassment and lose faith in humanity and want to start a fire, please come here. Otherwise don’t. God bless.

Quality of macarons is poor. 5 out of 8 arrived cracked, 1 smeared and 1 separated. Chocolate tasted good but salted caramel, passion fruit and vanilla has grainy texture and tasted poor.

Visited a few times. Average food. Even when you dine-in, all food and beverages are served with disposable plates/cups/utensils (croissant on a white plastic plate... not what I'd expect when I dine at Delifrance). Considered costly compared to it's surroundings, but offers some variety at least. Service staff aren't the most friendly, but kudos to them for at least trying to fix our order after getting it wrong. Tip: remind them to toast your bread/pastry in advance if you prefer it that way.
