Le Shrimp Ramen (paragon) - Singapore - Photo album

First of all, this is a paradise group restaurant, which means the food served is actually chinese style ramen and not japanese style ramen. We had both the shrimp broth ramen and dry ramen with chili oil. Definitely go for the shrimp broth ramen, the broth is flavourful, thick very well seasoned. T
Managed to get a table during sun peak dinner time. 2nd time eating and service was fast. Le signature 3 prawn ramen did not disappoint, full of umami. Prawns were fresh, ramen texture just right. The century tofu side was not bad too. Portion generous. Overall food was good.
Wishing all LeNu outlets can be converted to LeShrimp instead haha! They serve the best of both worlds but I’ll always choose their signature trio - consists of fresh prawns, prawn balls, and a prawn dumpling. A filling meal with luscious shrimp broth and crunchy veg that makes you want to eat more.
Noodles were springy, prawn dumplings had a good texture. The overall taste was pleasant. A tad too salty for my preference. Just the right amount of vinegar added. Service staff were attentive and kitchen staff were efficient, they were running at 90% capacity, and food was served within 15 mins.
The broth is rich in prawn flavour, with 3 different noodles to choose from. I chose the ramen which texture is not bad. Overall, good try.
I’m really picky with my prawn noodles and prefer a full-bodied soup with a rich prawn taste, which is what Le Shrimp delivers. Absolutely delicious and hearty broth. The soup also has an added sweetness and smokiness from the charred cabbage. Slurped it down to the last drop. For those who prefer
Tried Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen and it was great. Generous amount of prawn paste, noodles were cooked perfectly, broth was amazing. The portion was quite big, couldnt finish the noodles but the soup was really flavourful & managed to drink it clean. Very hearty bowl of ramen and will highy reco
Super yummy prawn noodles with delicious thick prawn broth. Le Signature Trio Prawn Ramen is $19.90 a bowl, but the portion is ginormous, I think it can be shared between two people. Unfortunately, I cannot eat it quickly enough before my rice noodles get all soggy, I may try with egg noodles next t
