Chill atmosphere. Had the breads as take-away. Almond croissant was lovely! Tumeric hazelnut bread is suitable for those who prefer less-sweet options (eg, diabetics); bread was really substantial too. Couldn’t taste the turmeric though.
The food quality is bad, muffin looks good. However the texture is like a rock!!! Staff not friendly at all too, and table didn’t clean it diligently! Bad cafe in orchard ever. ☹️
Visited on 12 Jun morning, ordered the following for takeaway: 1. Ham & Cheese Croissant: service staff served a Tuna Mayo Croissant instead, I did not realise it was the wrong order until I got home; Tuna Mayo Croissant was good despite the mix-up. 2. Almond Croissant: not only was the croissant
I just purchased a fruit tart cake this evening from the My Village store for $49. Please let the chef know that the biscuits were as tough as ice, as evidenced by the big knife that was used to cut. My father said it was so hard it could have broke his dentures.
Moldy salad. I wonder when was the salad made, I bought a total of 3 salads earlier this morning around 10. At around 12 when I wanted to consume the pasta salad, to my dismay, the pasta is moldy. 6 dollars for a moldy salad, disgusting. Beware if you purchase salad from them
The almond croissants and lemon tarts are amazing!!!! So flavourful.
Delicious viennoiseries pur beurre. Freshly baked and crispy. My fav is the Pain au Chocolat. Nice place for breakfast, tea time or take away. Large range of breads and sandwiches and the deserts are just insane.
The service used to be tip top, the French speaking staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately they are no longer working there. The current service standard is curt and business like. Absolutely nothing wrong if that’s your cup of tea/ coffee…
