Food felt so so, manager's service subpar and experience is poor. The staff was the only positive light at the shop.

Great ice cream but poor service at tampines mall outlet. Instead of recommending the menu/flavors, the servers just waited for your order. No effort for plating. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this outlet. Need major improvement on service.

One lady said all tables are full. We saw 3 out of ~7 tables had finished. We said we don’t mind waiting.
