Decent Thai food with nice ambience. Good selection on the menu, I particularly like papaya salad with lots of options for toppings. Great for family dining or a quick lunch by myself.
Probably not a lot of vegetarian options, apart from stir-fry dishes that you can order without meat (according to the staff).

Picked most of the options which was recommended however I don’t feel that this place is authentic as they claimed. The pandan chicken was too dry for my taste. The Tom Yum Kong soup is too bland. Interesting crab meat mix (didn’t remember the name) with tomato sauce. The place is quite tight at the back so try getting a seat nearer to the front. You definitely can skip the mango sticky rice - blah.

The food taste great and there is a good variety. The restaurant has high ceiling which gives a nice airy ambience. Ordering the food is done through a tablet.
You can choose the level of spiciness of spicy food here. Their “normal” is very spicy to my standard. So, if you cannot handle too much spiciness, go for less spicy. The thai milk tea is just nice for me and not too sweet. It soothes my burning tongue.
The price is slightly more expensive than I expected, however, they have a good variety of dishes to choose from.

Great Thai food, but the Tom Yam is truly exceptional. For those with weaker stomachs, watch out for the spice! I truly recommend the minced pork 'salad' and the yellow curry as well. Pandan chicken was slightly underwhelming. Overall, lovely place with good service and good food.

Enjoyed every dishes here. Although the dessert is pricey. The crew are mostly Thai. Tell them to make it more spicy if your tolerance is high.
The atmosphere is really nice like Japanese cafe. Light wooden tone and spacious. Good for family dining.

Brought my folks there on a weekday for lunch. While not fans of Thai cuisine. They enjoyed themselves, in particular the pad Thai. The portions were adequate and taste on point. Being a lover of som tum (spicy green mango salad), the one served was good - reminiscent of those I had in Bangkok. Kudos to BY Sg to allow diners to choose the level of spiciness. Overall, the food was tasty and served fast. The staff were also friendly and attentive. Also, the environment was bright and airy. Will go back there again to support.

Since I do research on the places that I dine in, I seldom dine somewhere that I need to give it a bad review but Baan Ying is just beyond expectations in a bad way.
We ordered a variety of food and had high expectations of the food. However, it was very bit disappointing.
The signature chicken wing was dry and skinny.
The dry Suki was lacking in flavour, just a little spicy and salty. The signature omelette Rice with pork was underwhelming. The omelette is well done but the pork was dry, charred and just difficult to swallow.
The only fish passable has to be the pandan chicken which was reasonably tender without any taste of pandan, and the stir fry prawns with garlic.
Total bill for ordering 2 mains, 2 sides and 2 meat/seafood was $100.

Came here on public holiday for dinner. Not much customer around. The place is very spacious and good ambient, with jazz.music played.
Order using touchpanel (refer to pic). Food is nice and good. Not big portion as it's fine dining. Staffs are polite. Price wise, above average.
Recommended if you want to eat fine dining thai food.
