Wanted to try dining here. Glad I did! Unfortunately the fish I wanted (snow cod) isn't available. Tried the Halibut and it was good enough for me. Mac and cheese was off tho both in texture and taste. Could be more creamy and flavourful coz its kinda watery and taste kinda bland. Otherwise, every else is great :)
They close at 10 - 1015. Last order is at 930pm if memory serves.

Service was good. Unfortunately we went there after it rained so the floor was wet, so it wasn't the most comfortable experience.
Smokers were also smoking at the grass area just next to the tables so we had to bear with it while eating.
Had the platter for 2 with haddock and sea bass. Haddock was not bad, but sea bass didn't taste so good.
Enjoyed the fries, but wish the portion could be bigger considering it's fish & chips.
We upgraded for a soup + drink set for $4.90 which was a good deal, but the soup came cold which was a pity.

Great food presentation. We ordered 3 different types of fish and chips and it came in a tray with overflowing chips of freshly cut US potatoes (so they say). The fish taste good although mine is a little soggy and love the chips. Overall a bit pricey.

Ordered a fisherman bucket that allowed us to tried 4 types of fishes (dory, hoki, salmon and seabass) and 3 sides (garlic bread, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes). We also got a gula melekka churros which we enjoyed. The fish was a little disappointing as we had higher expectations hoping for juicy and flavor rich taste. Service was great though

Food was great and portions were big. We couldn’t finish but they were kind to allow us to pack away. Staff were exceptionally friendly and cheerful. An enjoyable dinner evening!

One of the better fish and chips in Singapore. This food park at Tebing is very popular especially in the evenings as it fronts the park connector. Do come early or make a reservation, if that is available. Otherwise the queue does move quite swiftly. My sons had their individual dishes, while my wife and I had a sharing set. The set came with 3 fish fillets, crisps and fries, and 2 side coleslaw (there is a choice, but we wanted 2 coleslaw) - quite a filling meal. Always a pleasure to eat here.

Fish is fresh and not too oily, overall it’s good. Price excludes 10% service charge & GST, beverage is add-on, in the end more expensive than expected.

Big fish small fish has been around for quite awhile. Their first outlet if I'm not wrong was at this very location, they were one of the pioneer tenants of punggol container park.
What I like about their fish and chip is that they have a wide range of fish that you can choose from. I tried sea bass, haddock and halibut before. I would say their seabass and halibut is one of my favourite but of course it is up to individual preference.
Their potato crips goes very well with the fish and chips. They also have platters which is great for large group if you are sharing.
The staff there are friendly and courteous people. There is an old uncle who has been there for quite sometime. He is nice and always tried to make my dinning in experience a great one.
Lastly, be prepared to head over there and queue early if you decide to dine in at this outlet. As the outdoor seats are limited, it may take awhile before you are able to get tables. If you don't mind taking away, it's actually alot more faster compared to queuing.

Service was good as staff were friendly and helpful.
Ordered seabass with crisps. It was a really small piece of fish. Crisps were tad too oily for my liking.
Added Shrimps XO coleslaw. Shrimps were really tiny too haha but tasty though.
Paid around SGD24
Overall, overpriced but nice staff comfy place.

On point with the food.
Fish and chips were amazing.
They gotta work harder on the hygiene though.
Was there at ard 445pm.
Went into the indoors area to avoid the heat and to enjoy the nice airconditioning however it was almost impossible to be in there as there were tons of flies.
Workers don't seem to bother about it or they got used to it.
Staff have a nonchalant attitude towards customers as well even though I was the only one there.

It was good initially and I was hooked. For the past few mths, I think, ever since they change staffs or have new branches. The food started to get really horrendous. It's was too oily and the fish reeked of "smelly", recycled oil. The crisp were chaotar.
Service is lacklustre and I think hygiene is quite bad. U can use ur oily hand to take new cutlery and serving of sauce..yuck

It was our first visit Punggol and we sat outside....nice ambience too. We enjoyed the food, fish was fresh and plenty of chips and classic churros. Love the sauces, which there are four types. Waiting time was okay for us. The price a bit X.

Headed down to the new outlet at Northpoint City to try out their fish and chips. I had the sea bass and it really hit the spot. The fish was super crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. Every bite was so pleasing to my mouth and I just wanted more. REMEMBER to take the CURRY MAYO SAUCE as it compliments the food so well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone whose looking to get their fish and chip fix. Do expect a bit of waiting time as the food did take a while to be prepared.

Too oily. Nothing special really. Deep frying everything and serving it on a tray, chips were overfried, turning black. (I can do better with my airfrier) Definitely not worth the price too.
