Baker & Cook - Eng Kong Park - A nice cozy place set in the midst of Eng Kong Estate.
In terms of the different range of pies, pasta & pizzas. It looks great.
After tasting and trying some of the pastries, and cake slices, we find the dessert a little too sweet. Such as the Lemon Drizzle, the cake is moist but the icing is too heavy on the sugar. Similarly for the Salted Caramel Espresso.
The hot drinks, such as the Cappuccino, and Macha Latte are smooth despite the small cup. Overall, it is an excellent place for our team to gather and enjoy a relaxing moment.

I had the Eggs Benedict with bacon, lemon drizzle cake and ginger beer.
The food and ambience were great.
Definitely worth another visit to try out their pizzas and pastries.

I will usually order pizza 0 and pair with ice latte. practical combo if you are a heavy hot sauce pizza eater. tried most of the breakfast items and quiche. all is not bad. their cinnamon bun is my wife favourite. always works when I am trying to get in her good books. what makes me post this review is the bolognese pasta. looks normal but the hot beefy tomato taste together with the perfectly cooked pasta. really good. outdoor tables are great for kids or pets.

Vistied the Eng Kong Park outlet but I wouldn't recommend pawrents to bring your furkid here. I was told that my dog has to be on the ground, dog are not allowed to be on my lap. I asked if dog should be on the floor, which crew replied "You'll be fine by AVA if they caught the dog on your lap." This comment is totally unnecessary and rude in my opinion, because I wasn't intending to continue to keep him on my lap, I was just confuse and confirming if the dog should be on the floor.
Drinks is good. Coffee is great. But the BBQ Pork Rib is very hard though the sauce is nice. Spaghetti is so-so, not much taste. Dining experience is definitely unenjoyable because service crew is rather unfriendly. Just place the food onto the table without saying anything, didn't bring us cutlery too. Maybe because they don't charge service charge? 🤔

It was surprisingly crowded for a Monday afternoon. We enjoyed our coffee and cake while waiting for our bread to be sliced. Service was prompt and efficient despite the crowd. The only downside was the loud music and customers talking at the same time, which was not so pleasant.

I am a regular here. Sometimes latte coffee is so bad. I want baker and cook to train batista more.
Plz focus on the coffee more. I cannot bring my friend anymore. They were all disappointed.

Nice cosy place tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and service was good.
We ordered 2 smoothies and a burrata & prosciutto pizza.
Pizza was nicely charred and had a good amount of burrata (some places were pretty stingy with their burrata).
Pizza was perfect for a group of 2.
Smoothies were nice and refreshing.

Good food? Good service? Good coffee? This place have none! The servers/ baristas are trained to walk away before their customers finish their statement! Given a menu with quite a wide selection of food to choose from but was told that they have none of the item on the food menu and we can only select the food items on the board, pathetically 3 items (Beehoon, sanwiches & croque senor). Croque senor's bread are so burnt that a knife cannot cut through the almost 5 mm thicked of black burnt solid which the server claimed that they purposely charred it that way but hide it by having the overly burnt bread underneath all the other loads of ingredients & bread.
The most ridiculous part is, we are not allow to drink the coffee based on our preference. We were told that our way of drinking the coffee was not recommended and the server just rudely walked away. (We just wanna add milk to our drip coffee)

I do not hate this place so I wont give it 1* only because the coffee is good.I think I m a rather objective person so I dont think this place has nothing redeeming. However, I am not coming back here purely due to the bad service I received. In fact, the server's bad attitude ruined my appetite for cakes and I ended up not ordering because of the bad taste left in my mouth after an unsolicited serving of her attitude. I was with my family and even my usually good natured and tolerant sister was put off by the server's attitude. I am always surprised by good service in F&B outlets in Singapore because I have no expectations of it. I am happy with average service but service here is bad. Today's incident is a good example of how unpleasant attitude from the service crew can ruin the customer's dining experience. I messaged my best friend to tell her about my experience as she owns a business herself and she too complained about the bad service here. I guess this place is more known for its bad customer experience than the coffee/food at the end of the day.

There's something for everyone at Necessary Provisions - their meals, snacks, cakes, coffee are all excellent and provide really good value for money. Also, the staff are friendly and provide great service. Definitely worth it! :D

I absolutely loved this cafe. It has a lovely rustic feel and relaxed ambience. The food was delicious and I can't wait to try their other dishes. I highly recommend the sautéed calamari in broth. The service was very attentive and friendly. Great for a mid-week dinner or relaxed weekend drinks.

I love this place! We often cycle down after putting our toddler to bed and enjoy a lovely meal in NP's lovely ambience. It's cozy and friendly and food is good. Portion size and drinks range could be expanded ;-)

My visits to Necc Pro had been generally pleasant up until now. I have an issue with tdy's service. Having asked to wait for food is alrdy bad enough for F&B stds, yet the service to address that was just rude (nice...cause i will, after this meal and never to return).

Appalling service. Ordered 2 coffees - when served the first, was told the second was "coming right up". It didn't arrive after 15 mins or so. Apparently forgot my order or served the wrong table. Got it to go eventually since my partner was already done with his coffee and cake. A disappointing experience
