A little bit cramped, around 8 tables are available. Food taste is a little lower than usual subway standard, okay but service can be improved significantly. The amount of sauce and vegetables they put in are lesser than the usual subway (i.e Mount Alvernia)
The female staff is very curt, rude and unfriendly.
Mac & cheese can also be improved in terms of taste and consistency.
Overall may not return.

Best subway in town. Special thanks to Mr. Divyan, he is a very great personality. All the staff greet customers so nicely and in this fast food chain they are giving very nice service. Very appreciating and cheers to all the staff. Thanks will be back soon like always

Seldom write bad reviews but seems like the staffs hired at this outlet are the problem…
- the staff were confused about a certain grab delivery order & they took their time to discussed among themselves- all the other sandwiches which were oven toasted were cooled down by the time they made their way to the counter.
- the sauces applied onto the sandwich were just on “one side” ; the staff didn’t bothered (or were not trained) to press all the fillings into the sandwich before wrapping them.
- Ordered a footlong sandwich, in all my years of eating subway, there is always 2 wrappers for the sandwiches, presumably the clean inner wrapper is where the sandwich sits & the outer wrapper is handled by the staff without gloves. One piece of my footlong found it’s way with just the out wrapper, handled by staff without gloves; in this covid world, it is concerning.

1. It's a Subway, same reliable taste.
2. Nice and clean.
Bad:
1. Cramped.
2. Sometimes, they will make you wait because of orders from grab-food etc.
3. Tomato soup is almost never available.

I rarely write bad reviews....
But today, ordered Salad with extra breaded chicken.
Observed they dropped pieces of my cut up breaded chicken on the floor (3xsmall pieces, yes I can let it go) but they pretended nothing happened until I pointed it out to them thinking they would at least replace with with some new pieces or something since I paid for it, but they lied and said one small piece of the cut up chicken only dropped.
(Again I can let it go, but to act like nothing happened and cover it up is not professional)
Quite sad when they replaced the old staff with new ones who always don't seem to know what they're doing even months after.

Had subs from this outlet on 2 different occasions. For some reason, my bread always end up like “rock”. So hard and difficult to chew on. Will definitely not visit this outlet again.

I ordered a tuna subway cookie meal FOR THE COOKIES. The delivery arrived WITHOUT THE COOKIES. It's not a matter of Grab refunding my money. It was the COOKIES that I wanted to eat and waited for and didn't get. And this is not the first time Subway Anchorpoint has screwed up an order of mine. My last two orders of Tuna subs were both below average (prep-wise). The mayonnaise and honey mustard seemed to have been applied with the goal of putting in as little as possible, giving the subs a very dry taste. Because of those first two consecutive fails, it took me months to order online again from Subway Anchorpoint. And today, just when I thought, maybe those two fails were flukes, Subway Anchorpoint lived up to its subpar preparation service and this time, actually forgot to include two items I paid for. NEVER AGAIN.

The employees working there always keep less vegetables (lettuce & olives) and sauce, while I don't even take all the vegetables (I avoid onion, tomato, pickle and jalapeno). When I ask the employee to keep more lettuce, they act rude to customers.
