The trio platter consists of honey barbecued pork, roast pork and soy sauce chicken guaranteed to satisfy the carnivore in you. It's amazing that the crackling skin of the roast pork remained crispy throughout the dinner in spite of being drenched with a special sauce. The prawn roll was excellent
