Men-ichi - Singapore - Photo album

Based on my experience, this ramen is delicious. The noodle is not overcooked and you can add noodle/kae-dama(not free).. The soup is pure stock and delicious compare with 1 of the restaurant that i came before. The fried rice is nice(even i do take away). The price is average normal ramen restauran
I like their soyu soup base ($13.90++), strong taste and noodle texture are good. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.
Ramen broth is very salty (saltier than most ramen) and I felt a little sick after eating it. I was even tempted to add green tea to the broth like another reviewer 😂 Probably won’t come back for the ramen. Le bf liked the original broth - it was less salty than my original spicy broth and had a ti
The taste of the soup and texture of the noodle is not my kind of Ramen. Won't recommend this, but so far the service is quick fast. It took them 5mins to serve everything. (now is 430pm)
Broth was really salty like what others have mentioned, couldn't finish the soup... But overall it was not bad, noodle was springy, chashu was tender.. And their gyoza and chicken wings were nice too!
Ordered their signature ramen with thin noodles and upgraded it to the set with tori karage. The Raman soup base is quite salty but the noodles and meat are still acceptable. Luckily for the green tea that came with the set to wash down the saltiness. The tori karage is good but not fantastic. The
I enjoyed the noodles & Tonkotsu broth, most importantly I don’t feel thirsty after that. They provide vegetables pickles & fried garlic to top your bowl free!
Ordered the ramen with soy sauce broth and had the spicy version. It wasn’t at all spicy haha, so it was easily drinkable though a little salty! Made it a meal by adding $3.50 for a drink & 3 gyozas. Service crew were quite fast to attend to requests.
