To enjoy the food here is like playing with lottery as they proved that having a good recipe doesn't necessarily transform to good food. Their rice items are like Chinese rice stalls where the ingredients are all pre-cooked, the staffs are essentially just assembling the food rather than cooking it

The system here from ordering till food preparation is a disaster. Total not efficient at all. Management should improve this seriously.
Very decent BCM - good flavours and texture to the noodles. Just that the minced meat was a little dry and cold, the mushrooms and meatballs were tender and tasty. Easy recommend if you're looking for some good BCM in the mall.

Noodles at food Court prices which means more expensive than standard hawker fare but I thought the noodles were tasty.
The flavour and quality of the noodle provided by this branch is kind of far away from other branches. i think you should try the branch under plaza sing instead.
Hope management looks at hygiene level of branch at Westgate. The staff(old man) whom was cooking the noodles uses right bare(unclean) hand to break the noodles(left hand with gloves) . Next moment I see his thumb with long nail dip into the soup bowl to pass the soup to me.... disgusting
