Celebrating hubby birthday at Carousel on the father's day. Despite the crowd, the service crews did a good job, they are patient and friendly, also manage to clear our empty plate promptly. Food variety is excellent, we love the sashimi. Suitable for friendly & family gathering.

Went for a buffet lunch with my family (one day before Father’s Day). Good spread overall but honestly I mean, the seafood quality isn’t anything to shout about. Come if you want to eat a variety of food, but don’t really care about the quality. This is a place that I would say quantity > quality. Asian, western, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Fusion cuisine.

This place is amazing. The buffet lay out with many varieties of food that taste super delicious. Not forgetting the many choice of desserts available. The ambience is superb and the staffs were friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Family 2021 year end celebration with a buffet. Wonderful spread and ambience. Varieties of over 50 items to enjoy from starters, mains, seafood, Indian cuisine, Japanese sushi, desserts and more. Happy New Year 2022 everyone!

We went for high tea on a weekday and the place is fully booked.
Place is big and noisy.
Spread of food is mainly local dishes.
No WoW effect for the foods.
However, service is good. Staff are attentive.

went for the high tea buffet and most of the food was nothing to write home about. lackluster spread (probably only 40-50 dishes) and none were particularly outstanding. From what I can remember, laksa and fried noodles were just ok and dim sum, pastries like muffins, and fried carrot cake were very disappointing. there was also a really bizarre and bad "pizza" made of a waffle topped with cheese and sausages which can't hold a candle to the real deal.
on the bright side, I enjoyed their kebab/taco (although the service staff at the station was a little sloppy) and rendang pasta. seafood was decently fresh. desserts were quite good, especially the Thai milk tea gelato and some of the cakes. service was quite friendly.
Overall an affordable buffet - but there are better uses of your money.
PS. why is this $$$ on gmaps... definitely not for the high tea buffet

Had the weekday dinner buffet. Received great service from staffs. The missing star is because the food and variety did not wow me. Food was ok. Turkey was nicely cooked, but overall no very nice and variety not big.

Sashimi tuna got iron taste, salmon was slimy, had a hard time to swallow
Cold dish prawns and lobster claws are not fresh and salty
Steak is so touch to chew
Lamb is minced and not nice too
Fish maw soup can’t find fish maw only mushrooms
Not worth the price at all! Paying for hotel price but getting cheap budget hotel food. Will never go back again.

The interiors are very well set up, the entrance has a reception with a bar attached on the right. Rooms are very spacious. I had the opportunity to sty in their Executive King Size Room.

***Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and drinks in the evening at the premium lounge. The evening privilege comes with lots of appetizers, desserts and fruits.
*** Laundry service for 2 clothes each day.

They have several restaurants in the premises. Ranging from Indian to Western. Though the bar's food was not up to the expectations. Live music in the evening with performers in house. The appetizer at the Indian restaurant were amazing, the Biryani was a disappointment.

My 2nd son has had held his wedding lunch reception here on April 14, 2018 (Sat). Special thanks to Holiday Inn catering staffs for promptly organising timely, early reception before main course. Always go the extra miles and customer service is excellence. Thank for the prompt services. Banquet hall were well decorated too, especially for wedding events.
The reception counter also provided prompt services too when checking-into, for room services. room were also well kept and clean though things may look abit old.
Above all, the most important day was, it was a successful and memorable one. Great job done by your catering staffs.

Central location, super helpful staff, spotlessly clean, great value for money. We were able to check in early. Kids loved the rooftop pool with seperate kids pool and spa. Free wifi with great speed and connectivity. Mobile phone in the room for local use. Short stroll to good variety of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as loads of shopping centres. Several restaurants in the hotel as well.

I was very pleased with the room at the Holiday Inn in Orchard Center. For the price , I thought was it very reasonable. Location is good , near many shops and places to eat. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone passing through Singapore on business or leisure.

For the past 10+ years I have stayed at this hotel whenever I come to Singapore and this stay was just as good as the others if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel and in particular all the ladies who work in the Executive Lounge who worked tirelessly to ensure that me and my Grandmother had an amazing stay. I will not stay anywhere else when in Singapore and I will see all the staff again next time I get back over there. Thank you again.

Not worth even a star given!Suppose to be a great Saturday and looking forward to meet up with Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre for Wedding Dinner package discussion, but thanks for wasting a good first half of the day.
We had to wait 1.5hours and obviously after the long wait(apparently appointment time set didn't really matter), we left. Never get the chance to discuss further. Wasting people's time on a weekend, I must say indeed very disappointing.
