The interiors are very well set up, the entrance has a reception with a bar attached on the right. Rooms are very spacious. I had the opportunity to sty in their Executive King Size Room.

***Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and drinks in the evening at the premium lounge. The evening privilege comes with lots of appetizers, desserts and fruits.
*** Laundry service for 2 clothes each day.
+++ Restaurant
They have several restaurants in the premises. Ranging from Indian to Western. Though the bar's food was not up to the expectations. Live music in the evening with performers in house. The appetizer at the Indian restaurant were amazing, the Biryani was a disappointment.
Had a great experience. Thanks Ves for arranging! The birthday cake is great, room is spacious and all are just simply awesome! The staffs are friendly and are always smiling and cheerful. Will recommend Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre friends, families and colleagues definitely!
Central location, super helpful staff, spotlessly clean, great value for money. We were able to check in early. Kids loved the rooftop pool with seperate kids pool and spa. Free wifi with great speed and connectivity. Mobile phone in the room for local use. Short stroll to good variety of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as loads of shopping centres. Several restaurants in the hotel as well.

For the past 10+ years I have stayed at this hotel whenever I come to Singapore and this stay was just as good as the others if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel and in particular all the ladies who work in the Executive Lounge who worked tirelessly to ensure that me and my Grandmother had an amazing stay. I will not stay anywhere else when in Singapore and I will see all the staff again next time I get back over there. Thank you again.

My family attended wedding dinner yesterday. The waitress served for our table (table no 7) provided good service. She is polite and helpful.

Celebrating hubby birthday at Carousel on the father's day. Despite the crowd, the service crews did a good job, they are patient and friendly, also manage to clear our empty plate promptly. Food variety is excellent, we love the sashimi. Suitable for friendly & family gathering.
This place is amazing. The buffet lay out with many varieties of food that taste super delicious. Not forgetting the many choice of desserts available. The ambience is superb and the staffs were friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!
Family 2021 year end celebration with a buffet. Wonderful spread and ambience. Varieties of over 50 items to enjoy from starters, mains, seafood, Indian cuisine, Japanese sushi, desserts and more. Happy New Year 2022 everyone!
Had the weekday dinner buffet. Received great service from staffs. The missing star is because the food and variety did not wow me. Food was ok. Turkey was nicely cooked, but overall no very nice and variety not big.
