Branch manager is a very nice lady. I visited when the mac app ordering just started. She helped me with my stuff and patiently explained how to go about ordering on the app. Not much branch manager will walk around with a warm smile and see how she can help out so it’s really memorable

Simply convenient and pleasure to visit. Friendly ⚕️ staffs and always less crowded when visiting in the afternoons. Clean and pleasant area for 1 or 2 friends gathering quick chit chat .Safe distancing 🟡 🗂️ dividers are marked properly and every1 are behaving by standing accordingly.

Generally, good experience for my visits. But, why is the ice cream machines down so frequently? :( went a few times wanting to order ice cream (weather so hot these days) and it’s always label “sold out”. Asked the staff why always “sold out”, they replied that machine spoilt. Sad 😢

Came here to try their Mala shake fries !! Haha there is a mixture of MacDonald curry + mala taste ! Overall, the taste is good. The lady service us at the kiosk machine was fantastic, she is polite and help us to deliver the food. However, the one doing the temperature scanner was kinda fierce. She didn’t even greeted us welcome but just shouted “wait” before we can enter the door . I believe that they have placed the wrong staff at the wrong service area. The first impression of Macdonald already ruin by her.

Omg, this Malay Branch manager is so rude and domineering and totally lacked any sense of customer service. He threatened me as in a male alpha threatening a Singaporean female. On top of that, that were onions in my burger even though I specifically requested via the machine that I did not want to have onions. Why are the Malay male staff in this branch so rude? I have never encountered this myself and I am a minority race too. Please correct it if necessary.

I like coming to the mcdnlds here because always have free flowers available for you to take home! Super convenient to come here also because can walk over from anywhere and the place always have room and space if you want to dine in. Try to clear the trash yourself because all the old people work there you dont have the heart to let them clear for you

Staff is always very friendly and kind. I bought a 20pc chicken nugget set and the lady gave me lots of extra curry sauce when I asked. She made my day 🤩

This McDonald's used to be good back in the days, now it's runned by poorly groomed staff with bad customer service, and food is always cold. One star is overrated indeed, I wouldn't even rate it a quarter of a star if I had the option. @Auch Lim It is intriguing that with the mask on, you can see the branch manager walking around with a warm smile.

Ordered a takeaway Eggcellent McSpicy but got a Egg-less one instead. Nothing u can do once u leave the restaurant. Also, changed my order to a takeaway and instruction was pas down but not executed. No drinking straw was packed in as well. ��

Darn it.. I specifically ordered an upsized double McSpicy to take away. Thx to your socalled efficient floor manager, he gave me only my burger, a totally under-packed fries & did not give me my large drink... I could have understand if it was a new staff but as a manager post, My God u guys need to look at the people u hired & make sure they are qualified for such posts.. It's a shame to ur establishment...

POTENTIAL LIFE THREATENING EXPERIENCE. I removed a large open safety pin from my mouth after biting into a Big Mac. My subsequent follow up with the restaurant management and McDonald's themselves involved me trying to understand how such an incident could occur in order to prevent it from happening to somebody else in future. I had kids with me and the outcome should one of them were served my food could have been fatal. Their response was incredibly irresponsible as they denied any wrongdoing, claiming that there was nothing abnormal with the way they prepared my food and there was nothing more they could do with this incident. They did offer me a meal voucher which I was unwilling to accept given my distressing experience with the food they were attempting to offer me more of. I have reported this incident with the authorities who are conducting their investigations, however it would be remiss if me not to share my experience with the general public to highlight the kind of food health standards and the attitude to public safety that is adopted by McDonald's Bendemeer. I will also share the photo of the misplaced safety pin in the comments.

Very Disappointed with the morning delivery yesterday. i order Double Filet-O-Fish but i received Filet-O-Fish®. and i also order Breakfast Deluxe it came without Salt and Black pepper! Do you all ever Check the Food and order List to see is it tally or not before delivery?! how can this happen? when i call over and told them what i get wasn't the one i order. and what you all give me, you give me the Double Filet-O-Fish correct but there isn't any salt and Pepper!. do you all ever Check on your LIST to confirm before EVERY DELIVERY!? VERY DISAPPOINTED with this!
