My long awaited visit to have a nice meal of japanese food at a reputable japanese chain premium restaurant, yet i am taken aback by bone in my sashimi, yes it could have been complacency by the chef due to busy peak hours, i totally understand.
Service staff was not friendly and unattentive. Did not take notice of us when we lifted our cup for refilled. My friend's meal was served wrongly as it was named by the server. My Pork Katsu did not have any mayonnaise on d side.
