Highly disappointed in this place. I ordered fish and chips and it was so oily and tasteless that I had to return it. I had to settle for another dish which cost less. Nothing is remotely impressive about this place. Poor service recovery. Won't recommend!

Food was tasty and worth the price if you have the entertainer voucher. They weren't stingy on the pizza toppings either, and we loved the coffee!

Great spot. Very bright. Staff is awesome. Coffee is good. Pastries a bit dry. But suits the hungry breakfasters in the area.

Nice little place. I enjoy the food here, and they have a few nice beer choices. Prices are reasonable, and the food is quite tasty, and good quality.

I was really excited for brunch here on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly I was disappointed when the breakfast platter was served with a hot dog and not a "sausage" as advertised on the menu. What is wrong with these people a hot dog is not a sausage!!! Such a shame especially considering the upscale brunch prices. In addition the bacon was soggy and the hashed potatoes tasted like it had been sitting out since 8am. To make matters worse the cutlery was not properly cleaned, no I don't want the last people's food on my knife thank you very much.
On a positive note the coffee was not half bad and the baked goods looked good so maybe just stick that and skip the brunch.

Nice and cheerful lady behind the counter! Worth stopping by for a cuppa and delicious pastry. Trendy and quirky little cafe

Had breakfast, chicken ham and cheese croissant and a cup of skinny flat white.
Coffee is alright, although is not as strong as I would expected. Food averagely alright. The damage in this set was S$10.20. Is was quite expensive. The lady crew is friendly, but not for the other two.
I don't think I will be back, the cakes are not attractive, even though the interior setup is good, their table are using sewing machine, and the furnitures are are those of olden types...

Don't look at average ratings, for me 80%of my experience is the taste after all you're there to eat. Everything else is of a less importance. And there are some amazing things to try here... So give it a try.
P.s. mushroom with roasted peppers is awesome ;)

Among all the treats I bought to try for Christmas, Cnc's were by far the favourites among my friends and I. I tried their Sea salt chocolate sables and lemon melting moments. Very power. Will get more before my party

Their weekend set lunch costs $14. When I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict I was shocked that it cost $21. When I cancelled by order and asked just for 2 latte, the skinny bespectacled waitress was not happy and forgot my order. The shorter waitress on the other hand apologised and admitted that they had forgotten my order. The coffee was a rip off -Small cup with loads of froth.

Great experience, good food and great service is all you need on a weekend brunch. Relax atmosphere, rusty design and friendly staff made my day. Try the Eggs Benedict, really yummy.
I hope next time I can try all the cakes too.

The coffee was the best I had in Singapore, it's very hard to find traditional flavones one coffee in Singapore as a westerner but this hit the spot! pastries were also soon tasty and the service very friendly

Would not bother returning. Portions were small. The mains were not served at the same time. The second main was a pizza, but we got served French fries, which we didn't order. We raised it as not ours, then peered into the kitchen to see the pizza being popped into the oven. Never again.

Flat white is good. But the size of the cup is really small. I reckon it may not even be 100ml.

A severe miscommunication that resulted in an unforgettably unpleasant and awful dining experience. Prior to my visit, I had called and checked on the availability of the christmas special: Turkey Cordon Bleu and was assured by the supervisor that it would be available. Headed down the next day and much to my disappointment, I was told by the staff that the Christmas specials were not available. As me and my dining partner were deciding to leave the place, the staff once again informed us there was still a portion of Turkey Cordon Bleu left. As a result, we decided to stay and ordered 2 mains- Turkey Cordon Bleu and Pasta Al Funghi. We had initially wanted to try the Haebi Hiam aglio olio but it was out of stock >< A few moments after the Pasta Al Funghi was served to us, the same staff came and told us the Turkey Cordon Bleu could not be served due to lack of freshness. False hope and empty promises twice?!!! Had it been informed earlier, we could have left and eaten at other places zzz. We had no choice but to settle for another main- the Christmas Pizza which was recommended by the staff. When asked about the price, I was told this was $25, the same price as the Turkey Cordon Bleu. However, it was stated $20 in the social media site?! Even though the staff was really apologetic and offered us a complimentary tart on the house due to this miscommunication, I am still disappointed with the mediocre food, severe miscommunication with empty promises x2 and the worst is that we were overcharged. So I guess my extra $5 goes to the tart? >< This one star rating was given only because the female staff showed sincere apologies.

Raw garlic in pasta, passionfruit&mango smoothies tasted more like banana milk shake, big stack was horrible. Watery lemon tart.
