Overall was really quite an average restaurant. I liked the Peking duck; they cooked the meat with noodles and the meat was not too tough. The salted egg prawn and sliced fish were not too bad but the garlic rice with seafood was way too bland.

(For honglim branch) Met up with friends on 2 Apr, and the dim sum and food were nice, so 1 wk later, brought my hubby there to try.
Unfortunately, the restuarant was crowded and the food not nice this time.
Quite dishonest, coz i think they run out of lotus leaf rice, simply use fried rice and cover with lotus leaf and 'pretend' to be.
Will not recommend anyone there anymore after this incident.

Went back for the same food and the hot sour soup is neither hot nor sour ☹️ The only consistency is the XO twin noodles.
The bee Hoon is the best I had eaten so far. Interestingly, the hot sour soup is invigorating and lots of ingredients. Finishing my brunch with sweet egg tarts…. I’m fulfilled 😊

The chicken feet was tasty even though the marinate was not too starchy and heavy, but it was the only 1 out of 7 dim sum dishes ($43) that met expectations. The crystal dumplings and teochew dumplings had thick and gluey skin, which seemed to be over-cooked. The almond prawn balls with mango were over-fried, so the almonds were slightly burnt and the meat balls were hard. The most disappointing dish was the steamed prawn cheong fun, which took 50 minutes to serve and came with puny-sized prawns which hardly filled the cheong fun. The POS system was old and unresponsive, and took 10 minutes to settle the bill. Service was cold, unsmiling and bordering on rudeness: one of the staff clunked down 3 glasses of water on the table and just walked off. I would be much better off having dim sum at Yum Cha at Chinatown!

Good spread of various dim sum and dishes. Need to be a member though to get members rate for the food.

(Warren Golf Club) - Poor service and food quality. Food order chit went missing and the staff who previously took it denied receiving it. Another staff then blamed us for passing to the wrong staff, expecting us to know. Thereafter, they rushed us to order the food as it's gonna be kitchen's last order and a lot of items on the menu had already ran out by then. Overall food quality is nothing fantastic and not worth the money. No apologies, no recovery and nothing done for the bad experience. Good job for losing your potential customers.

Was highly recommended by my friend that's their Dim Sum were good and inexpensive. Hmm.... so far nothing I tasted were close to not bad, except the Fried Pork Roast still ok. Siew mai average, Har Gwa skin very thick, Char Siew Bao very floury and the meat not nice, Chicken feet taste weird, Porridge bland etc....

Food was honestly good. However, service was totally not acceptable. Waiter almost burnt my mum by not giving a dam about how he serve the dim sum. It is obvious the dish itself had hot gravy, waiter then casually “drop” the food in front making the gravy spill out. Thankfully it only got on her clothes and not her skin. The waiter couldn’t even be bothered and walked off
