Standard dropped. Used to be fast and good. Omelette oily and bland now. Butter milk pork used to be tender and juicy, it was dry and really tough. Hor fun good wok hei, fish very fresh. Overall, wasn't as good as before. Abit disappointed. Cash payment.

23 Feb 2022: Clean, spacious, non-aircon place but well ventilated. We ordered san lau hor fun, coffee pork ribs and stirred fried yam…...enjoyed our lunch and the prices are reasonable too.

Food was decent but average at best. I went to the commonwealth branch many years ago and was blown away by the food, so maybe my expectations were pretty high. Affordable Zichar place located in Sin Ming. Despite being in a coffeeshop but the quality of food is comparable to restaurants standard. Must try the butter pork ribs 💯
