An excellent facility and we have just had a perfect Italian meal cooked to perfection with top quality wine. The staff are very friendly whilst maintaining a professional approach to their duties. We attended as visitors from the UK with our daughter and son in law who are members. I would highly recommend the benefit of membership!

My family and I celebrated my grand niece's birthday yesterday at the Windsor. The food was delicious and service impeccable. The staff around the pool were also accommodating and got us 'masa lah' tea. Keep it up👍🏼😊

We come here for tennis and ping pong. We like to dine at their Verandah Cafe/ Windsor Arms, their Indian food is one of the best in town, they also offer complimentary desserts for each main course ordered. Excellent service too !

Been a member here almost five years. It’s easy to get to for me because it’s very close to my place. Roads leading in and out are narrow though. You’ll need a car or just take the shuttle in and out. The restaurants are interesting and you usually have a good variety to choose from. The menu also evolves from time to time so there’s some creativity involved. The food is generally pretty consistent and tasty across the four restaurants for the prices and there will usually be more than a few bright spots (dishes) at Mountbatten, pub grub at Windsor, smaller bites at sports bar and everyday dishes are the verandah. Service staff wise at the restaurants I would say that there is room for improvement. Mostly the experienced male waiters don’t even smile when you arrive or serve you. They’re also not very communicative and struggle to make good recommendations. The redeeming grace are the few usual ladies and one or two select male staff who are more smiley and communicative and make you feel more at ease. Be prepared that the rest will be more mechanical and younger ones more inexperienced. You’ll feel more accepting. In terms of sports and games there’s swimming and tennis, squash and the ubiquitous club fitness gym and attached chinose spa with sports massage. Experience is quite meh. Don’t expect to be treated like royalty. One friendly instructor here had left. So sad. There are regular children programmes held for kids like art and craft or activities tied with festivals so it can be quite interesting if your kids like these kinda activities. Some areas of the club are more run down and displaying their age definitely and there are others that have been refurbished and simply given maintenance. However, given the easy entry (as term member) or even lifetime member (as compared to the newly renovated American Club) it’s still generally acceptably British so far.

Good size tennis court with sufficient space for chasing the balls. Nice alfresco drinking area with ample flat screen TV to watch your favorite 2022 Rolland Garros quarter final match

We visited the pool-side restaurant on a quiet weekday afternoon. The waitress serving us was very friendly and cheerful. Surprisingly, the local dishes were very tasty and well prepared. We'll definitely be back for more!

Its a nice place. as the name suggest mainly frequented by a lot of british expats. Access to the place is difficult..too far off inside..food is good..drinks are decent..good place to hang out in a group

First nasi goreng since my last trip to Jakarta a few years ago. Was very good and was only outdone by the excellent service. Did I mention the setting? The whole experience very much tempted me to become a member.

Very nice club, came here for dinner at the restaurant. The British and Indian dishes are pretty good. Southern fried chicken as well. Club well equipped with full gym, 4 tennis and squash courts and swimming pools. No golf course.
