The food was delicious! We really enjoyed the pad Thai and basil minced chicken. Just the right amount of spiciness without being too overpowering. The plating looked great too!
I'd say the only thing is price feels a touch steep for the quantity and type of food you're getting. But it's pretty much in line with anything else in Bugis+ I guess.
It seems like I'm a fan of the Creative Eateries group as I also really enjoy Flaming Don just above Bangkok Jam

Yummy desserts and drinks for tea time. We had mango sticky rice and Thai tea crepe cake. Flavours were great and overall not too sweet. Sour mangos balanced sweet coconut cream and fragrant rice. Crepe cake was drenched in a bit too much tea cream. Osmanthus lemongrass tea is nice and refreshing.
Quiet afternoon but had more people after 4pm. I like the openness and tall ceiling. There are executive lunch sets, and tea sets giving good value.

The green curry set is perfect for the weight conscious. For $13, more could be done. Green curry was tasty and spicy but too salty for me.
Basil chicken rice was decent but lacked the aroma of basil. Gravy was overly generous and the high sodium content doused the taste of the meat and basil.
Service crew was friendly.
Two stars because food matters more to me than ambience.

Went there for a tea break and catch up session with a friend. Place is good for a quiet place away from the crowd to catch up with a friend.
Food: The butterfly pea cheesecake was normal, nothing spectacular. Tastes like cheese, that's all. The thai green milk tea was not good. It didn't have any taste. The grass jelly isn't homemade - it's those hard ready-made grass jelly, which doesn't taste nice at all. "Banana tempura" is just your normal goreng pisang. The Osmanthus tea was too sweet for my friend's taste.
Other than this place being a good getaway from the crowd at off peak hour and you can take your time, I wouldn't choose to take the desserts.

A comfy, convenient chain for Thai delicacies. Had the olive fried rice, which was nicely done. Portion was a bit on the small side. Tom Yum seafood was really spicy, recommend to ask them for milder version. Dessert was very good, recommend red rubies and mango stick rice, which was served still warm.

Food was not too bad. Modernize Thai food branch under Creative Eateries group. They have a few branches all over SG. A rather quiet place for lunch hour. Tried the branch in Plz Sing. The desserts were below par. So no dessert for me in Bangkok jam.

Really nice place. 1 star for nice ambiance. 2 stars for nice food. and 0 star because of bad service. Lady did not even smile and do not look like she want to serve. But food is pretty good. Best to takeway or have a third party delivery.
